I'm wondering how everyone's cold are doing.

I'm on day 7 with sinus stuff occurring. @Northwind will understand that my normally low voice (2nd alto) is now likely a baritone.

I'm happy to say that my appointment with dermatologist went well. My dentist had flagged a few things and they are all benign. Due to family history, he did a full body check, and i came out clear. I'll take good news

I believe my plague is mostly gone. I get Benadryl and a steroid with my treatment. I also asked for extra fluids. The Benadryl really helped with lingering symptoms. It hadn't even occurred to me to take it during my plague. Oh well. The steroid also helped a bit too. I went for a short walk today and my airways got a little irritated so I think there's a bit lingering on. I'm feeling side effects from treatment, so any lingering plague effects are small by comparison.

I popped over to the yarn store and was able to get the colours I wanted. Dog and I went for a short walk. Now I'm home to finish a book with a cup of peppermint tea.

Busy day today. Big guy is on colonoscopy prep plus we had handyman around today, and I worked until 2:30. Shopped for various necessities, got home, made something to eat (jello and turkey stock for him, ramen for me), then worked on turkey soup prep and sandwiches for funeral tomorrow. In the middle of the dishes, soup components are united and simmering, 1 loaf of tuna on brown, 1/2 loaf egg on white in fridge, and I must sit down before I fall down. There's laundry to come up and I'm just not sure about that.

Daughter is in Ireland, but arrived in Liverpool this morning for a quick visit, and canal boat tour, with my fav cuz.

I was aiming for subtle with this hat. It was bolder than planned. The recipient loves it, so that's what counts.

I'll be using the pink for the lettering for my hat. The background will be the teal and green. I believe this will be bolder. I'm feeling it these days, so it needs to be clear.

Good morning! Autumn popping in on us, with thermostat adjustments, continuing jet lag, some sniffles still sniffling, some plagues over, yarn to knit 'F*** Cancer' hats, and whatever else arises today, it all comes with us as we gather round the Coffee Cart, to discuss it all over tea and coffee, and coffee cake. Here we chat, connect, and support, as we enjoy the talents of the Wonderbakery. The tea water is ready, the coffee is freshbrewed, and the cake is warm. All is ready, all are welcome. Come join the fun!

I might be joining the scratchy throat and sniffles brigade. At least I seem to be having a bit of those. Oh well, not the first time I have been sick after a vacation. Up early again, which doesn't help.

Good morning! Tea, strong and black.

The things one can ban kong given the nature of various meanings for bank ... including birds making a swift turn ...

Then profuse nose effects can lead back to numerous ailments ... so be cautious about your ales! They can lead you go dnoz where ... such is the nature of essence on the breeze! Well blown like Oscar Pederson and hammering ... that driven home?

If the forward person in a movement denies criticism ... will this have adverse effects as a bad affection?

Thus all that follows is in a disturbed zone because of turbulence about the stone passing through what was thought to be a void zone ... this may be measured through the application of complex formulae that define Zeta and Reynolds Numbers as kind of foxy ...

So always be cautious about where you put things ... they may dissipate like in eclectic moves ... shocking as Jill Bolt Taylor when struck by a cross tree ...

If facing a tyrant ... is it best to make best friends ... or the option to ignore the thing until it goes away?

Is the internet a monster to many sorts of characters because of the intel and data that it can provide on Wetico that resembles windigo ... as it disperses? Fresh Ayres ... it is not a pious word!

Well, my cold is still very active, so skipped my volunteer shift at the hospital. They don't want me there sharing this one.

It could be that my cold is hanging on as my body is fighting two infections.
I got a call that after the lab completed the culture, it was determined that the antibiotics that I was prescribed would not touch the strain that I have. New prescription ordered with a two-week run. Hoping this one does its job.

I'm feeling not bad today. I'm taking it easy because we'll have a busy weekend. I hope to vacuum around and do some tidying, bit by bit. Winding my new yarn is on the agenda. That will most likely be done in stages. I'm knitting a hat for the cancer clinic and want to move to the f*** cancer hat as soon as I'm done.

The cancer clinic doesn't get a F* cancer hat? I get it, it might offend some.

I should have been clearer in my post...my cold is just sticking with me -- went from sore throat, cold/achy, and now losing voice / sinus, but feeling better.
The antibiotics are for UTI.

Good morning! For those dealing with sniffles and sore throats, and coughing, etc. hope you can find relief soon. Orange juice will be available in the Room for you. For those who plans include housework and knitting, hope you can carry those plans out. We gather round the Coffee Cart to hat about what is happening around us and with us, to find support and connection, to develop camaraderie, and to enjoy coffee and tea, with whatever snacks we find. This morning we find bear claws, fresh from the oven. The tea water is boiling, the coffee is freshbrewed, and the bear claws are soft and warm. All is ready, everyone is welcome. Come in and join the conversations!

Anything crunchy like ammonites and other hard shelled capital? R Amona ... through methods of chimeral chemistry ... amines ... Mon Amis? Individuated ... like the Isle of Maan ... an ancient spell!

Birthday party day for Zach and his friends at a trampoline park today. 10 ten-year-olds will attempt to trash a Skyzone.

Dad may have to jump as well to show the kids how to get serious hang time. None of the other parents ever want to jump with the kids. Parents are boring.
