Good morning! For the beauties and joy of October, for a good heart, and being considered 'young,' comfortable recliners and programs that may help the healing, knitting and books at the end of a day of wobbles, and all the other things that will arise today; we come to the Coffee Cart to chat, support, and connect over coffee and tea. (There is now a pumpkin-spice creamer available, for those who desire it. Limited time only.) Today we have some lovely muffins to enjoy, assorted kinds-- bran, blueberry, carrot, and many others. The muffins are fresh from the bakery, tea water is ready, nd coffee has just finished brewing. All is ready, everyone is welcome. Come in andstart the day off right!

It is one thing to be challenging and confident ... but if excessively confident ... could this get a confident folk into a hole?

Right that down, don't say it because confidence doesn't hear well. Thus the script was right about digging more profoundly than manifests as simple superficially as Eddy fast ...

Good morning. It's early here. So far my legs feel stronger. Here's hoping it's a less wobbly day. My hands feel more normal too. Praise be.
 
Excellent. Don't overdo it like I do. The moment something that hurts on me stops hurting, I do something stupid like run 10k. Then it hurts again and I wonder why.

I finally learned to stop pushing through pain when I don't have to. When I was a kid it was all about proving how tough you were. But the next day, I was always fine. Now when I push through pain, I need a team of doctors, medical images, and to wait for the next federal election before I can do that again.

Glad to gear hear that you feel less drug effects tis morning. I confess that I loathe feeling pukey and doubt I'f accept some cancer treatments because of that. Of course, I am on the older part of life, with plenty of other issues to consider. Hope your day goes well.
 
Thankfully no pukey moments and there are good drugs in case. I had a shower and still feel decent. I'll be saving laundry for another day. Lighter stuff today. I know about overdoing things. :barefoot:
 
Excellent. I'm trying to learn. There are a number of areas people shouldn't be like me.

Example: Today the neighbours of our shared family cottage sent a short video of the deer that have been eating our hostas. It was cute, but it was eating our hostas.

Other family members were all, "Isn't that cute?"

I was like, "Deer are known to execute hostases."

And that's why the family doesn't like me.
 
It's a hard lesson to learn. I'm an independent, stubborn, first born. I can be a slow learner in that department.
 
Pain. I’ve been painting cupboards and walls with the help of a friend…for three days now. Will be done tomorrow. But knees, hips feet and arms all hurt. God bless Tylenol and epsom salt.

Hard-won learnings about overdoing, cute videos of deer eating hostas, pain from days of painting, Tylenol and epsom salts, and all the other thoughts and events that arise, all of it meets us at the Coffee Cart, where we chat, support, connect, and commiserate with each other, over tea and coffee. This morning we have some banana bread to enjoy with our caffeine. The tea water is boiling, and coffee is freshbrewed. The banana bread is warm from the Wonderbakery. All is ready, and everyone is welcome. Come in and enjoy!

Good Sunday morning! How is everyone? The Coffee Cart is once again up and running to meet your virtual caffeine needs. This morning, our baker has sent us a peach cobbler to enjoy. (Where they found fresh peaches to make is, though, is anyone's guess....) The tea water is boiling, coffee is finished brewing, and the cobbler is fresh and warm. (We also have some banana bread from yesterday, still edible and delicious). All things are ready, all are welcome. Come in and share in the chat, support, and connections!
