Let's be clear. The Trump/Vance administration won't be against immigration. It'll just be against illegal immigration. There's a big difference there.

Bingo. They don't want migrants but they also don't want to do the jobs that the migrants are doing. People with BAs flipping burgers rather than swallowing their middle class pride and learning a trade. People preferring no job to unskilled manual labour, which is what a lot of the illegal migrants are doing. And that's going to bite them on the butt if they really do mass deportations rather than something more nuanced and organized to deal with illegal immigration. businesses and economists are already warning about that. I'm not saying that they don't need to deal with illegal immigration, but brute force mass deportations may do more harm than good.
Not really. The people targeted are people of colour and asylum seekers. The people being blamed (often without back up)for social distress are people of colour and asylum seekers. This is true in Canada and Europe as well as in the US. The next step is to say we are only for immigrants who "share our values" or who "will not make us change" or more bluntly "are like us". It is a cover for racism.

Because there are voices in the MAGA side of the GOP that want marriage returned to "traditional" heterosexual marriage only. It is not just about what the President-Elect has said, it is also about what those who back him have said. [PArticularly because I am not always sure who is the tail and who is the dog. Trump honestly believes he is using the far-right and Christain NAtionalists and they are convinced they are using him. Who is wagging who is not always clear.]
Technically, there should only be one. Czar is Russian for "Emperor" after all. So, really, Trump should be the "Czar". Though him assuming that title might not go over well with Czar Vladimir I (or at least Putin seems rather czar-like).

One? I believe that battle is happening in multiple Red states going back to Trump's first term. The only thing that might change is that cases related to those bills will probable hit SCOTUS in this term. Same with other trans-related issues like whether they can participate in the sports with their chosen gender.
