I thought I'd do some tidying up around here. My vacuum has been out of commission and I finally got a filter for it so it will work. My space looks better and I'm pooped. We're having back bacon and eggs with potatoes done in the air fryer as a late lunch. Hopefully that will give me energy. Otherwise, Netflix, YouTube and knitting is. Such a hardship..... :barefoot:

Oh, I thought you were cleaning up the Room. Forgot that we have the Roomba, which is driving the cat crazy, but we need it for all the cookie crumbs nobody admits they are the culprit….

I was cleaning my space here. Our vacuum was out of commission for awhile. I took the broom to it yesterday and probably removed enough dirt and dog hair to fill a sandbox. Or close. ;) I got a lot more with the vacuum today.

Cleaning this virtual room is much easier since the Roomba and magic make it self-cleaning. :)

We had a Roomba in GP. It got confused a few times. It would get hung up at the top of the stairs or would hide behind a door and get stuck. It ended up being a pain in the butt. A stick vacuum would have been a better choice.

I need to buy a new vacuum cleaner. I have an old model which uses bags and they are no longer available.

I have a central vac. but we also still have the Hoover we bought back before we put it in. Last I checked, Walmart still had bags for it. We don't use it much, though, so it has been a while since I shopped for them.

We have a Dyson. I was really annoyed with it. I got the filter at a local shop. They told me the filter has to be replaced about once a year or so. It helps to know that. We'll see how it goes now

We have the Roomba and the braava.
The software changed significantly in the last few years.
Roomba works great. Mop is more like earlier versions of roomba

We have a Shark stick vacuum and a Shark hand held vacuum. The hand held has great suction. It's main use rightnkow is sucking up Asian lady beetles. I suspectvwe need to change the filter in the stick vacuum.

We lived on Cowie Hill in Spryfield in Halifsx for three months before moving to student housing near St. Mary's, Wellington i think. I rode my old ten speed twice a week to Atlantic School of Theology. It took about two weeks before I was able yoride all the way to AST without walking up some of the hills. It took two months before I could make it up to the first plateau in Spryfield without wdking part way. It was my best physical fitness ever. I was glad we only lived part way up Cowie Hill. We have ebikes now. I use my mountain bike to go fishing.
