I've had a fairly productive Monday creating. I am making three small clam shell bags for family. One is done, the second will be done tonight if the gods of these things cooperate. I need to get a zipper for the third one tomorrow.
 
Monday was being Monday this week. Major issues with our core business system. Was resolved by early afternoon but still made for a crazy day.
 
Took B into Ottawa yesterday to start radiation and get her settled into Murray Grimes Lodge at the Civic campus. We had supper at a small restaurant in little Italy. Food and service were excellent. Today I will start on B's Christmas present, make a doctor's appointment for Kat January or early February, and, maybe, work on another project.

Our son arrives tomorrow from Calgary. Iur Verdun daughter learns tomorrow morning if het family is going to Cuba tomorrow evening or coming here for Christmas. I have four projects and numerous tsks to work on today. If there is time, i will try to clear away snow from the brush pile on our lot so we can set it on fire tomorrow evening.
 
It had a rough start. His flight was delayed by 4.3 hours so I made two trips to Ottawa. The first was to get B. The second was to get him and that was after the storm started to arrive. Parts of the drive were with blowing snow and a long part was in rain and ice pellets.
 
Happy December 26th! Christmas is over and now its just a few days from 2023! I hope Santa was good to you all. :)

I like celebrating the New Year. The current (illegal) New Year Day fireworks are a bit excessive after the (illegal and legal) NYE ones yesterday.
Definitely seems to be a COVID thing, illegal fireworks would happen at various times during the year. For the most part though, they were on holidays and were fairly infrequent. Now it seems like any large space has someone setting them off on a holiday, and for something like NYE multiple groups at different times, there are also ones that seem completely random. I don't know if this is a pattern that can be reversed.
 
We had a quiet night last night. We enjoyed a campfire with friends yesterday afternoon and then another this afternoon. I love it here
