Novel Coronavirus

And it seems like the public is happy to believe Covid is now a mild illness in folks who have received two shots.
Yet people do have serious problems from it still. So many seem to just be assuming hospitalization is the only concern. I don't understand why for the most part provincial/federal government isn't taking about long term effects.

Neither level of government seems to have leaders capable and willing to name the big issues or offer proposals to respond to them. It seems they prefer managing to leading. The money in the budget for mental health is little more than a bandage. Naming recognition of the grief that many people are feeling regards dong the deaths of loved ones would be a good start. Inviting people to offer suggestions to respond to that grief including the associated painful isolation might help. Recognizing and researching long Covid and the broader category of long term effects for many people due to a variety of viral infections might help as well

When leaders say little or nothing about these, it seems they just do not care about the people struggling with these.

Dr. Hinshaw does at least express condolences for those who lost loved ones. She started doing it regarding COVID deaths but had feedback regarding family members who lost people due to reasons other than COVID, so switched it up. At that time hospital visits were pretty limited.

Would be nice to see the politicians seem to at least recognize how people are affected. They appear pretty walled off from much of it.

I think I suffer from this. I feel like mourning will never be done, because it wasn't ever really acknowledged. He might have been dead by now anyway, but he would not have died when he did or how he did, without COVID. Since he died a little more than 12 hours after I left, I am hopeful that he did not regain consciousness again and find himself alone, because I promised him he wouldn't.

There are things to be said but the greater powers would sooner support ignorance and override as it makes puppets easier ... it supports authority figures that appear strong but do not have the resources for proper decisions other than money making ... people are just extraneous and thus driven into introversion.

One may have to dig to find the true virtue ... leading to extroverted introverts as they are ejected ... out into the knowing fringe ... it goes on ....

Unacknowledged grief really sucks. I am sorry for the pain you feel around this death. One of my indigenous neighbours told me she didn't know what it was like to NOT be grieving. She has lost so many loved ones in various ways, including suicide, over the course of many years.

Different than what I expected based on the headline:

In general I find it very odd that we don't get to hear all of the health recommendations, options and projected outcomes.

Projected outcomes are really abstract given what we are inclined to know as directed by powers ... some will by themselves ... others ponder these SET conditions through autonomously. What the God's of war wish to divide and conquer ... vast disconnections?

Getting it together is troublesome for tyrants ... they believe it is trump ET 'n ... you know ET? In Hebrew it was a rare tree of wisdom ...

I do not know what other testimony has been given. I thought the cabinet was always doing less than recommended by Dr. Hinshaw. I do not know why these answers would have been an issue. Mind, there were some times she made some strange recommendations.

Let us face it governmental and bureaucratic knowhow takes a second place to the will to do something just to please the greatest powers!

You don't have to know much to get to there ... humanity is doomed due to innate missing material! Disbanded thoughts ... an old acquaintance told me this morning that I I don't know much for being doubtful of the desires of politicians ... he peacefully would like to see Liberals strung up, shot and murdered in preference to good presentations of powers of naivete ... stuff you learn in kindergarten ...

An enemy, toxin within? Maybe over pumped steroids ... some say this is Anna Bolin ... related to Bulloch ... in fatted form fed to returning sons ... the fat one complained as do those involved in pork belly functions ... over weight as is ...

Knowledge is lost in layer upon layer of lies that pile up! Thus brighter understudies sub dued ... the Gods will take them down ... you know ... one has to understand satyr and other desert gnawing's ...

I just heard this week about this 'text4hope' initiative (out of Alberta). They appear to have offered it for issues of varying types that mental health - including COVID. Sign up - free - and receiving brief daily texts on coping strategies. Not a commercial site (by Alberta Mental Health) which is refreshing. What brought my attention to it was a piece about 'hope4ukraine - text to 393939' - so it appears they modify to be somewhat issue specific, although the coping strategies may be quite similar. There is now some early research being published about efficacy. Of course its difficult to do a specific randomized control trial - but it seems there is reasonable support for the initiative. Has anybody been part of it?

Never used it, but it was promoted with many of the COVID updates.

In the topic of sanity does something about COVID suggest things lost?

Thus elimination and departure at the insistence of the powers ... Dyan Ethics ... nothing stands up well in corrupt fields of morals!

It goes down in history as myth ... realist can't believe how it goes ... the consequence of displaced con science ... un observable essence ... dark and mysterious!

Spoke to a coworker of mine who said that she read somewhere that she has read that people who has had H1N1 in the past are a lot less likely to get covid. She has had H1N1 really badly and didn’t get Covid despite having been close contact several times.
Anybody else heard this before?
She also had her own theory of people who had the flu shots regularly not getting infected.

Confusion is the goal of the greatest kinds of chaos ... lies about vast passions? Insecurity about this topic drives those that hate knowledge to become fearful as a bear caught in the pantry ... then there is Putin in the breadbasket of Europe ... all without rational reason!

Pure desires ...

Small items like viral knowledge may be confusing to those rejecting knowledge as if stumped ... yet ... we keep the deficient going ...

Ignorance is easier to encourage than painful learning ... all in the constitutions in some places as the freedom to search for pleasure ... thus they cannot find the thorn that ails 'M! You cannot get there from here as I'm told mental stuff is abstract and absolute is preferred by those stuck!
