Another Telus guy arrived 10 minutes ago - walked to the back of the house and then took off.

Update: two different Telus guys are putting up a new line (!) - the bucket truck isn’t available today and it’s too windy for them to go up a ladder (they tried and the guy almost blew off!) to check everything along the line so it will be tomorrow (fingers crossed) before they can figure it out – and there seems to be a bunch of clean up that needs done in Mirror from when they worked on the DSL lines (?) and I’ve just forced the issue to be a priority...anyway, these two gents have been the most helpful and most talkative about the situation - which is nice.

I just came in from working on the sidewalk edging...only put in 2 hours (didn't want to overdue) and I barely made an progress, but I started and I'm doing it myself!!!!

My son had a map like that of Oz once. We went around it picking out all the dangerous animals; tiger snakes, box jellies, Sydney funnel web spiders, Aussie rules footballers...
