Incidently, most of the states with the highest number of covid deaths/cases are those happy Trump states, N and S Dakota, Alaska, WI etc.

In all the states, there is a disproportionate number of deaths in communities of colour. Trump only has very little - something like 10% - support in those communities. I fear for minorities most of all if he wins again. Even if he loses. Because of the heated racial climate he's created in the US.

If the small stuff collapses ... where does the support systematically go?

Downs and downers are depressing ... causing some reaction ... Rae Silly Antes? That dark thing you never see coming; con*science ... especially in those deploring science ... once meaning observation ... even in the darkest hours! It may pass by as awareness in confounding form ... being as huge mass didn't wish to know ... a systematic blind attribute of character?

Can't see IT? Requires a special kind of faith without question!

Like Attica Finch ... cats go into dark places to see what's going on beyond the face and fascist!

Literalists miss this in the novel presentation of myth and mystery! God is immersed there ...

Correlation is Causation ... when it suits the right purpose?
Much more often than not, correlation DOES involve some sort of relationship between 2 factors. Not just when it "suits the right purpose", but as a general rule.

Correlation is Causation ...

Not necessarily, but Trump rallies are conspicuous for a lack of masks and a lack of social distancing, which may be coincidental, except that every public health organization in the world advocates those two strategies.

I wonder when it's realistic to expect concrete results?

Obesity is associated with most of the common COVID-19 comorbidities such as hypertension, cardiovascular disease and diabetes (91, 92). The global prevalence of obesity varies greatly, for example obesity is more common in the United States and Europe than it is in Asian countries.
except that every public health organization in the world advocates those two strategies.
Excepting the exceptions ... which we are advocated to ignore.

Going to be up all night watching the results I think.

I read that, fortunately, the progressive-left "Squad" 4 were all re-elected to the House.

But, unfortunately on the flip-side...Mitch Mcconnell and Lindsay Graham were re-elected to the Senate.

I read that the Republican governor of Vermont declared his vote for Biden. I think (but not totally sure) they said that was the first time that's ever happened in any state - that a Republican governor would vote against their own party.

If you've ever seen a map of their electoral districts. Gerrymandering doesn't even describe it.
