I usually call whatever I make without yeast a flatbread but this was called "naan"...no I haven't tried lentils (or dosas) yetThe recipe may have described it as "naan", but naan really does mean a leavened bread, and you can't leaven nut flour with yeast. I'd call it a generic middle eastern flatbread. Have you ever messed with pureed and lightly fermented (i.e. left for a few hours) lentil or lentil/rice mixtures? Dosas, etc.
