We ended up getting 2.25 inches of rain! This morning, I tried making naan with my homemade nut flour – I have different coconut milk as I couldn’t get the brand I usually get and I added some coconut flour (not in recipe) to thicken up the batter as it was VERY runny...first one was an EPIC fail :( and I had to get out my other frying pan to do the rest – will have to try with my regular coconut milk.

The recipe may have described it as "naan", but naan really does mean a leavened bread, and you can't leaven nut flour with yeast. I'd call it a generic middle eastern flatbread. Have you ever messed with pureed and lightly fermented (i.e. left for a few hours) lentil or lentil/rice mixtures? Dosas, etc.

I usually call whatever I make without yeast a flatbread but this was called "naan"...no I haven't tried lentils (or dosas) yet

So it is supposed to be stormy overnight, then get better tomorrow daytime, then get stormy again in the evening. Oh well, got a walk in last night.

Supposed to rain tomorrow, so thankfully finished cutting the front hayfield tonight. Two shifts: before and after work 12-5. Needed some recharging between.

We moved to a different site in the same park today. Our former site is already occupied. We are now in the forest with no sea view. It does have its beauty. It feels like we're in a provincial park.

This is our last week here.

We'll be at the other park until October 1. And then we return here. We can only stay here for 8 months. Since we're in a fifth wheel it's easy enough to plan.

I have a flowering tree of some nature growing in the lilac  it is big enough I should have noticed it LAST year but I didn't...tried to cut it down and out and didn't have enough strength so only ended up cutting it halfway :(
