It does stimulate the opioid receptors ... for good or bad ... depending where the variant occurs in space, time and illuminating circumstances ... if your companion fires up in social circumstances some will refer to it as sic ...

The Eire may be different or divine ... as alternate thought!

I have become inordinately fond of pelicans, which seem to be endemic in the Caribbean and Central America. Love watching them fish. They soar over the waters until they see something interesting, then dive nose first to get whatever fish it is. Looks like a plane crash but more graceful.
I like to paddle a canoe on Lake of the Woods in southern Ontario. To quietly approach a floating group of Pelicans. They watching me as intently as me watching them. Drifting closer I cross a boundary. The Pelicans dash across the water and into the air. All my senses notice the elegance of their flight. Poetry in motion!

Good morning! The coffee cart is here, with the warming beverages of your choice. Rainy and blustery here this morning, but a rainy dayis no match for a sunny disposition. Or so they say.

Open space is necessary for dispersion of cognizant dissonance ...

Sometime identified in agoraphobia! Then as consideration of this disposition someone placed a FB article by Edgar A Poe on strange feelings ... love-in in the proximity of a sphere of hatred?

Thus we must get beyond ide ... the openings may be small Alice on her trip ... expect notions and other rubbins ...

It is at least cloudy here today. I believe rain is in the forecast. That's fine as I will be driving north to have lunch with ladies who have a similar diagnosis as mine. We've been aiming for lunch once a month. This may be a larger group today.

thanks for the coffee! have spent a few brutal days here coping with side effects of an IV treatment rec'd last week. fever & lots of diffuse pain, wrist swelled up making hands mostly useless. So much gratitude to my mate who is taking good care of me. If I lived alone would not have managed. and to top it off, i can't even knit!! Oh well ... this too shall pass.

Thinking healing thoughts, carolla, for a speedy return to knitting. Glad you have your mate. That's what I worry about, if I get sick; who might step up and help.

Hope you get feeling better soon Carolla. Here it is sunny and cold. I am slowly making my way through mountains of work. And I am starting to feel less stressed. Just exhausted. My husband is heading away to visit family and friends and I couldn't be away for 6 days when I am the main contact for selling tickets for a camp fundraiser. So...home with the dog, my books, and no need to make a good supper. I'll visit family with him in the summer....

So true Bette - these are times we get to reflecting on such matters. Thank you for your well wishes.

This all sounds ghastly. Get well soon!

Good morning, all! The cart is ready. Let us gather round and send good thoughts to those recovering from what ails them, and energize for the day!

As requested, good thoughts are being sent out by the beagle this morning.
Coffee should help with the energizing!

Are those new mugs? It's been awhile since my last visit to the cart.
