Condolences, Jae. Sounds like you had a lot of history with Star.

Thank you Mendalla. Star and I had 11 good years together. Yobo and our son already had him by the time Yobo and I were wed. Star really looked at me as the guy who would let him outdoors and back in. He looked at Yobo as his food source. He looked at our son for just about everything else.

Shooting in the nieghbourhood that I grew up in. Sounds like a 17year old is dead, two youth being sought.

My Dad used to get his prescriptions filled at the plaza. I didn't like it, and tried to get him to not go there, or switch pharmacies. He wouldn't hear anything about it. He liked them. The problem is that there were many addicts that went there for their methadone. The apartment across the road had a lot of problems.
he was an easy target.

Now, the first shooting in many years occurs at the variety store beside the pharmacy.

I hate drugs. I hate guns.

So sad! So unnecessary! So wasteful!

I too hate guns.

I don't hate guns nor cats ... I have respect for them all ... they all have th' eire place ... in a spot that is untenable to those ... with political embarrassment of riches ... one way or the other this flips out ... sometimes hanging out in a state of psychic phenomena called heaven that is easily coven ante 'd and unshared!

Often just because others don't like to hear of so much ... possession or lack thereof!

I.E. they had so much ... they didn;t know where to out it ... such's waste! Is it hard to hear that many humans are considered dirt to the opposing side? Is there a middle route considered mean and dispossessed?

Like Star I'm out ... in the dark looking over your shoulder as a haunting mental piece ... meme chose?

Same thing in the end ... stuff for a re start? Imagine a dark bust as rae, a Nous cat was born, hidden like understanding in a' myth aest ... purple and stoned, fixed ... the abstract runs on ...

I have an excess understanding of word that raises me to a poorly understood place in the myth of what's unspeakable in those well fixed ... ordered establishment that would change anything ... little more listen to what they'd like for quiet time. Even deep space has a hum of OHM'r ... and gamma 's black out! She lost it seeing what the children have done to this spot ...

Thus de light went out of GEO Gaia ... and the Shadow was cast ... umbra, or penumbra?

Cats can be dark about what they know and see ... learned from eumers ... an eumen*ides a myth rarely seen through!

Twas a funny Kat ... ther ein ...

Info being shared last night was inaccurate.

Victim was 24. It was a targeted shooting.

Ugh

Scary, isn't it? We had a shooting at a Timmy's near my office during business hours this summer. It's not the one the folks at work usually frequent, but I have been in it a few times. I need to see if London Police Service has said anything, but I am thinking Toronto isn't the only city looking at a record year for homicides. We had a real bad patch this summer, many involving guns.

Targetted is marginally better. It's still sad and a little scary. I don't like that people can be so quick to respond to conflict with guns or other violence.

We arrived in NYC today. I noticed many houses along the route with barred windows. I wondered about living that way.

On a more positive note, Times Square seemed mostly amicable.

Nice pics. I would like to visit NYC again someday. Getting close to 30 years since Mrs. M and I visited.

Such a contrast to orange jumpsuits ... the greatest mixup of grass roots ruminating ... answers that curios inner chewing nature ... mousse is ... frothy!

Alas the churning goes on ... we can't judge because of emotional oversight!

If those are complaints, you need lessons on how to complain! Jeepers, Seeler. I am sorry that you are experiencing this, and am thankful for the updates, but, sharing that information is definitely not complaining.

I am "wiggling my toes with excitement" (an expression my niece uses, and I love as it truly explains how i feel.

Why? My sister is arriving tonight for 3 days, and though that is always a reason for celebration and joy, this time is especially happy.
1. First overnight guest
2. First time she will see the new house in real life, and she will give ideas. she is clever with decorating.
3. First time that I will decorate for Christmas we will do together
4. First time baking together for Christmas cookies with my sister, and my son's partner, and our granddaughter (ok, she is likely going to sleep and be played with)
5. First time just hanging out together in a while!

15 cm snow or so...gotta get out there shoveling. Looks nice, but its too early. Some people still don’t have their winter tires on yet.
