Tonight at the movies, I skipped my usual treat of large popcorn, large soda, large bag of candy, and jumbo hotdog with cheese. Instead, I had just a regular popcorn and regular soda. :)

No, I did just based it on what was posted. Did the entire thing cover the complexities better? As just one example for a sugars we don't tend to think about: our blood types are blood types because of sugar molecules and those aren't just on our blood, the majority of our cells have them. Many different proteins have sugars attached, so even meat is going to contain sugar.
Well, I recommend to watch the whole thing, it is actually quite funny as well.

Good for you, Jae. I go to the movies once or twice a month. I drink water... For your next level, try "butterless popcorn" and a club soda.

Well Kay ... sometimes a girl's just gotta do what a girl's gotta do! Hot Cross buns come around only once a year usually so I'm glad you enjoyed them.

@Jae Chemguy is using MyNetDiary - first one that came up when he searched on his phone I guess. He's not making use of all the info, I think it tracks more than what he chooses to do with it.

Thanks ChemGal, I'll check that one out.

Beware of Rse peanut butter mini eggs. Each one contains a whopping 90 calories! I ate just four of them yesterday - that was 360 calories!

Your problems appear to stem more from portion control (lack thereof) than food choices... Why have one when four will do?

Four mini eggs is not an unreasonable amount imho Bette. My real problem is that I'm too driven by taste. I should opt for celery, not mini eggs. :)

Just got back from the grocery store. Bought some reasonably-healthy foods. Baby cucumbers, rice cakes, oat milk, soy butter, hummus.
