At first I thought maybe a week, because people will trickle in slowly. Now I think it's going faster than that. It might even be possible this weekend, especially if some areas don't have the greatest weather.

Found this under tips and techiques:

How do I change my avatar?

Click on your name in the top right hand corner. This opens your profile page.
Click on the box for the avatar.
Click browse.
Choose the file you want and click ok.
You can adjust it in the preview box a bit if you want.
Hit the red okay button.
