TRUMP - Some people think......... How do you feel?

He is both a product of the problem, and the problem.

The fact that this president was even elected is a symptom of the larger problem.

The social psyche is the root ... but this is denied in a world adverse to knowledge, intelligence, thinking and thought ... according to the BS about what thought, thought ... a system of long term denial of what's happening beyond our narcissism? Tis a centered problem that goes round ... an enigma ...

Problem is ad continuum ...

Hi,
And there's not a peep out of Christians.
Perhaps closer to the point, Christians have ignored and refused those who speak out on the pattern now unfolding. I have experienced this personally for most of my adult life. This is what I continue to make plain at every available opportunity:

"Examining Western social reality closely reveals a material standard far exceeding legitimate human need. This at the high cost of devastated environments and the dissolution of human trust, happiness, peace and love. Can it be that we have sold our eternal soul for a momentary gratification?

There exists a minority which profits from our lack of knowledge. They face the prospect of losing property, profit, power and privilege if ever we come to a realization of truth. Greed and hunger for power direct this minority as they promote the new world order of material bliss. Thinking themselves to be enlightened they have fallen into folly.

Strong propaganda undermines the reality of love to ensure the emptiness of heart essential for the economy of production and consumption. "No laws but the laws of the powerful!" is the creed of these enlightened despots. If we continue to trust their deceitful manipulations of democracy, the power of their deep darkness will soon cover us all in sorrow and shame. It requires a strong resolution to remain deaf and blind to the grief that their quest for mastery brings into the world.

The problem is that we people have too long allowed others to decide our paths for us. They have held many attractive carrots before our noses and we have pulled their heavy carts down the road to doomsday. It is coming close to the time where we must turn away from their sugar coated lies to embrace the straight, narrow way of truth. Because we have delayed so long it is going to be a very costly undertaking. With all earnestness possible I declare that the alternative is a literal hell.

Today, as one dark day almost two thousand years ago, the question is put to the human family: Which will you prefer? The hard truth, which demands a radical transformation of personal and corporate values to guarantee the security of the human soul, or the dominant political rhetoric which promises a new world order but delivers only pollution, warfare and oppression of the human spirit?"

Democrats sweep major races tonight. What can he possibly tweet?

That it is all a false impression ... when something went down hard?

His comment ... my Lord I didn't know ... indicating any wisdom of what was coming down the tubes was displaced ... the grief curve starts with loss ... doesn't it?

The stuff we should know that we don't because the patriarchy of the belief system felt it was best to not know ... and the gods had to prove it ... why he went East ... looking for Chi ... Na that couldn't be ... tis politically incorrect! A philosophical error in western BS ... or just a crack in the western Urn NG's ... where you get what you put out ... when putting out nothing one gets nothing but thought (in yah psyche)! Tis an abstract item on things absent ... the aughts? Some don't get eM IT appears ... a human manifestation?

Twitter was interesting this morning. I particularly liked responses to a pastor who wondered how they'd prepare their children for a trans representative. Most responses reaffirmed my faith in humanity by saying they would continue to teach their children to love and respect all. Or variations of that.

The "sweep" is being a bit exaggerated. Basically, the Democrats won a bunch of mayoral races and state races they were expected to win.

A lot's being made of them winning the governorship in New Jersey, but (even though he wasn't on the ballot) that was probably a vote directed against Chris Christie (the incumbent and outgoing Governor) who was widely reviled for lots of reasons beyond his support for Trump. That Democratic win was no big surprise really.

The biggest Democratic victory was in Virginia, but that actually reveals something. Ed Gillespie (the Republican candidate for Governor) was most definitely what you'd call an "establishment" Republican. So did the Trump base come out for him? Probably not. They don't like "establishment" anybodies. So the Democratic candidate (Ralph Northam) won pretty handily, but one wonders if his margin was a result of the Trump base staying home. In fairness the Democrats did make huge gains in the race for the Virginia House of Delegates, which is now split 50-50, when the Republicans had a 67-33 advantage in the previous House.

But I'll wait for the 2018 congressional elections to see if the Democrats are really on the upswing.

I saw that tweet as well. I'm guessing that there are still a lot of parents trying to figure out how to explain Donald Trump to their children.

Is trump explainable ... or like those fleas with their feelings about the parts of the elephant? Tis varied ...

I look forward to Trump's tweets, it's entertaining to see how dumb and politically incorrect he can actually be.
He's certainly skilled at the social media thang
He's in soooo many people's heads
I was yakking with a complete stranger the other night and totally off topic she brought up 45
Man
I've even seen instances where he writes a tweet and a major media outlet gets sucked in to write a story around that tweet...and then quickly change the title when they find out they were used lol

Look. Trump is not the problem. He is a product of the problem.

The U.S., like Canada, is actually governed by top figures who are among the greediest and most stupid in the world. All of its wars have been fought to make the very rich ever richer. Their greedy. They have no sense of the consequences of what they are doing. They're steeped in corruption. And the news media, which they own, lie for them.

Bush was a murdering bastard. So was his father, especially in the unreported slaughter of 200,000 Maya in Guatemala. So was Obama. (And just about every president since 1945. American (and Canadian) big business, especially in mining, have a brutal and murderous history all over the world - as in Latin America and Africa. (But I'll bet you've never heard about that in our news media.)

The U.S. is collapsing out of the greed of its very wealthy, the corruption of its politicians, the delusions of its people. And much, much worse is to come.

And in the midst of all this, it remains determined on world conquest.

To say this is evil is putting mildly. But it certainly is true that we are facing an evil far, far worse that Hitler's Nazidom.

And we are not preparing for it at all. It is going to get much, much worse, more profoundly evil, and affect even greater parts of the world. Among other things, we are facing the almost certainly calamity of a billion refugees in this world within twenty years. I expect the only option we will use to deal with that is mass murder on the greatest scale ever seen.

And this comes from the world's leading Christian nation. And the churches are silent.

Almost everything about the churches in the U.S. (and Canada, and Britain, etc.) is wrong. We and they accept an economic system which is anti-Christian. Ditto for our social structures. Ditto for our addiction to war. Ditto for the greed of the most influential people in our Christian countries.

And there's not a peep out of Christians. Nor has there been a peep in the recent centuries of western brutality over most of the world. (In fact, we sent missionaries not to the abusers, but to the people they abuse.)

The Christian churches have ceased to have any relevance.
U still wondering aboot those bizarre Saudi Arabia slayings?

Expect lots of hatred. The US, having lost any sense of direction from its governments, and having no significant sense of political options, is going to be increasingly expressing itself in hatreds.

There's already too much of that going around :(
Do you think it'll be like Bosnia? Or will it be longterm, like Saudi Arabia vs. Iran?
