TRUMP - Some people think......... How do you feel?

He called her Secretary Clinton for a couple of reasons, I think - to offset the sexist reputation he has (from the things he has actually said), and as a reinforcement that she was Secretary of State when she made the mistakes he wants to focus on. And "secretary" has a different meaning in his world...there's that little nuance. He was trying not to be insulting by pointing out that he decided not to mention things that would hurt Hillary and her family (although I am sure she was quite prepared if he did) and I think that's really the best restraint he's capable of when his ego gets hurt. But he has to announce how good his temperament is, anyway - because it's hard to see with his actual behaviour, but we should believe him anyway. He's very childish.

And I don't think they are in the same league. If it's for show, Donald made it a show, unfortunately.

Let's not forget that he asked her at the start of the debate if his calling her Secretary Clinton was okay and that she agreed that it was.

What's she going to say, "no"? It was just Trump being condescending by even asking the way he did. He was talking down to her - making a point of doing so. It was backhanded "respect". Why not just call her that?..once someone has that title it stays. It was just a little power tripping head game. If his opponent were a man I bet he wouldn't have done that. However, it was by far not the worst he could've done. It's to the point where he expects praise for not being a jerk, though.

She could have said anything number of things. She could have said, "Just call me Hillary" if that's what she wanted to be called.

Is what he calls her a crucial election issue?
What Clinton could do, but won't, is to refuse to accept the money of major corporate bosses, run on a platform which would have severe limits on campaign funding, refuse to fight wars for billionaires, reduce 'defence' spending, and divert that money to desperately needed social programs, education, and a medicare system that doesn't exist just for billionaire insurace plans.
She might also give thought to helping to stabilize the middle east - if that is still possible. And she could being serious negotiations to decrease nuclear stockpiles.

Trump wants to intrude a police state to fight crime. The police would have the power to stop and frisk anyone at any time at any place.

Well, that's pretty much what they do know. That's what killed Scott in South Carolina a few days ago. Canada allows the spy service and the RCMP to listen in to all our phone calls.

Some moist robots, each with their own movie playing in their heads which they think of as reality (in this case that Trump is as dangerous as Hitler and any Trump supporter is as dangerous and, thus, anything done to them is justified), attack another Moist Robot, breaking the law (both legal and moral)

The App this was taken on is Periscope, which I heartily recommend to those who like experiencing real time interactions with human beings everywhere on our planet

None of that matters. What we are watching is a final collapse of democracy. Most of those voters don't have a clue what the issues are, what's needed. And they are kept ignorant by a press which is heavily biased and owned by the same billionaires who own the candidates for congress. Americans are angry, but so deluded and trivialized by a lifetime of propaganda that they couldn't recognize what they need if you drew a picture.
And, frankly, it's not very different in Canada. If you take t he trouble to examine what Trudeau is doing, it's very similar to what Harper was doing. The Liberals and Conservatives win elections because they get lots of money from the wealthy.
And the Greens and the NDP are a long way from understanding the depth of the problem we have to face.
The reality is that the weatlhy are in a final dash to pass items like the TPP so that they willl be able to ignore government altogether. They've already achieved the goal of paying close to no taxes - thereby impoverishing us as they get richer. They will also be able to ignore any legislation they don't like - such as environmental regulations.
Government, always a puppet, is becoming irrelevant. And Canadians, like Americans, have little sense of what is going on - and less sense of what has to be done.
Clinton or Trump? It couldn't matter less.
Interesting that this largely Christian society has no idea of what a moral government is -and no leadership in defining it. The NDP has had little of moral leadership since Tommy Douglas. In fact, the conversion from CCF to NDP destroyed the moral sense of the party. The Greens still have some- but they are extremely naive about the scope of the problem.

To the (economically) well off ... do those collected over there as out of their thoughts represent an evil democracy ... socially adepts? Tis a republican view and the same is said of the other side without the pride coming down ... only to rise again ... the point of a learning that is beyond us as aD lib ... free kin? Democratic socialists with the ultimate solution ... be the death of us ... not just me as we are in this together ... whether you appreciate it or not!

Fear and anger is good for separating as is used in polity, or from both ends of extremity ... a bode islee flaw ?

Approximates imagination in the virtue' state ... the state of O' or zero sum array ... nothing tue-it and thus it moves on into the occult ... or the tome of the dead ... things lost from present thought ... one has to read in tu it ...

Tis another fractal of the greater (grating?) myth ... as it grinds in that we're a loosing cause ... just because we're emotionally incomprehensible to a god of rationale with some anis matter!

I expanded on anis and an in other dissociated strings ... John Denver related to her song in a high place ... Dan Verse?
