As it turns out, she was right. More than 50% of Trump supporters hold racist views. The alt-right faction is particularly deplorable.

Kimmio is so right. Things could be worse. I mean, the U.S. has killed just in the low millions over the past 8 years of obama and hillary. And refugees? a mere 30 million - tops. The U.S. is getting poorer - but there's good news, too. The very rich have been getting much richer.
And perhaps Kimmio could tell us about the tremendous work that Hillary and Trump have been doing to help the American poor, and to bring peace to the world. I mean, American troops all over the globe bringing peace and handing out chocolate bars.

And 4 years (2 of both houses?) of a Republican congress, Graeme. One who racially degraded Obama before he even took office and harassed him personally with fake accusations of false citizenship and being some evil "Muslim", and set up a foundation for the purpose of waging a full witch hunt on Hillary Clinton - a conspiracy generating machine designed to humiliate her come hell or high water. They flat out refused to work with Obama on anything and a GOP partial hawkish general lied to him about risks and threats with made up "intel". Also, Obama went the drone route to spare troops because of a war weary public after Bush, but evidence shows that he was actually more hesitant than hawkish about the use of force.

You're doing something that's akin to racism. Just as racists demonize people of other races, you're demonizing Donald Trump. Your words on this thread consistently indicate that you view him as being less than human.
The way I see it, Hillary leaves the door open to positive changes in the U.S. Policy and the wider world. Over 10 years or so - if we can hang on long enough, there will be a generational turn-over of younger humanitarian and environmentally conscious leaders who want to transform the world in a totally different trajectory. Once the old guard retires or passes on, there can be significant changes in the "establishment" giving way to a better one. But, not if Trump gets in. It'll be the Trump Dynasty - a monarchy of oligarchs. And not if this far right movement gets the world in its grip.

He is human. I don't see much that's humane in his words and behaviour though - and this is a person being considered for one of the highest, or the highest, leadership role in the world - a leader, figurehead and role model to an entire diverse nation. It's not racist Or bigoted to point out racism and bigotry. That's ridiculous.
