What Legacy Does Trump Leave?

People can choose to boycott or avoid businesses that they don't support. They can choose to not vote for or support a president who invokes a riot against the Capitol. If the lack of support affects the bottom line (profits), then things will end. "Free speech" should never cause harm to another.
Translation: You're a self-confessed woker.
You forgot to mention how "cancel culture" affected the Dixie Chicks, M&M's, and so many more.
Yes, and the highly effective Bud Light boycott gave woke progressives a taste of their own medicine.
Then, of course, there's the woke Hollywood boycott actresses for expressing conservative views.

So, let me get this straight. If I boycott a company I'm a woker. If I'm a MAGA who boycotts Bud Light, I'm virtuous.

Have I got that right?

You just illustrated another common woker trait--creating a false caricature of positions you'd like to cancel.
Bubba at the local bar can drink any brand of beer he likes. You confuse personal preference with "virtue." Progressives routinely project their own unctuousness onto conservatives.

As for Trump's alleged crime in the January 6 debacle, why do wokers feel the need to cancel the presumption of innocence? Last I checked, Trump hasn't been found guilty in a court of law.
We agree that Trump is an arrogant jerk. But why do wokers feel the need to cancel examples of Trump's extraordinary acts of compassion and self-deprecating sense of humor? :Hmmm

Um, that's what it looks like you're doing.......

And why do MAGAdonians have zero problem with people storming the capitol and rioting through the halls? There's tons of video evidence.

But sure, I'm a virtual signalling woker. Riiiight.

Extraordinary acts of compassion? Let's ask the children of refugees, whom Trump's people ripped away from their parents, and locked in steel cages, how compassionate Trump is.
Self-deprecating sense of humour? The only people he deprecated are his perceived enemies, and not at all in a humorous way. Not so much humorous as malicious.

Another crude caricature! You just can't help yourself. A 2021 CBS poll found that only 21% of republicans approve of the storming of the Capital--and by far the majority of them are Trump supporters. I personallly know no Trump supporters who approve of that capitol violence.

I document fact-checked extraordinary acts of compassion by Trump and you do what wokers typically do--try to cancel these gracious acts by changing the subject! LOL

Your woke bias wouldn't allow you even read the website examples I cited of his self-deprecating sense of humor.

Do shadows creep in the backside of mountains ... that's dense or ecliptic ... verily dark! Well inked comments can get one departed or eliminated ... a human trait connected to emotional hate of things without rationale!

So it goes and thoughts depart ... because of the pain of struggle to survive ... it is a process! It can undermine things unspoken of ...

Newspapers have documented many, many of Trump’s UNcompassionate actions over the course of his adult life, yet you blithely overlook them in your rush to herald the surprisingly few examples of his ‘generosity.’ Your bias doesn’t seem to want to admit to most of Trump’s dealings.
And, frankly, Trump’s ‘humour’ isn’t that humorous. Triumph the Insult Comic Dog was more amusing.

It too is a shadowy dark concept like Ba LEM's R's ...

Just because you know no supporters who approve doesn't mean they don't exist. Also, why are the decent Republicans not speaking up. I know there's more decent Republicans than MAGAdonians.

And speaking of caricatures, you're doing a fine job yourself.

I suggest you check Matthew 7:3-5.

Yes, there are documented examples of things that trump did for others. Yes, he appeared to help a few people. Being the true, and well-documented narcissist he is, he wasn't likely doing it out of any sense of altruism. He'll do anything that he thinks makes him look good.

Incarnation ... said to be about something related to appearances! As long as one looks good what is internalized is mist! Freud called it vapors ...

Then there is that movie about Playing Misty for Me! The fatale woe M'N! The descent is on ...

Just a comment from one with a degree in English Literature. I'm sure you use the phrase "self-deprecating sense of humour" because you're parroting it from somewhere. Otherwise, look up self-deprecating. Now look at the antonyms of self-deprecating. Now look at Mr. Drumpf. Watch me smile.

And I know that humour is cultural, and that you will have grown up with 1930s American slapstick, so okay, sense of humour? In a crude, boor-ish, misogynist way, perhaps, if acting like a fat white ignorant pig is your benchmark for gentlemanly behaviour. I set standards a lot higher in my own family, but your mileage may vary. You may live in a very odd place, and for that, you have my pity. I live in relative paradise and much more freedom. (Still a bit too much freedumb, alas, lol.)

Gotta hoot at that response ... some just cannot grasp what is a literary imposition of satyr --- Shakespeare on Midsummer Donkeys ... mules among us ... Eeyore it ... carry on girl! Life seems so stupid and extracted of Logi (an old word of God)! Lo' Geez? The there is this indication that a rode is attached to an anchor point /// raising some question about if you can connect to what's beyond mortals ... weigh anchor gets a whole different meaning ... sea anchors are like funnels ... V's! You might catch some algae and low life forms ... excellent feed ... ask any wale of right sense ...

Yes "self-deprecating" is not a term I'd use to describe trump. The antonym, most definitely fits.

This refers to trump in the 80's

The national media was beginning to learn what New York journalists already knew: there was something magnetic about Trump. It wasn't simply that his instinct for colorful drama made for good copy. He was mesmerizing to watch, his speech fast and cocky and self-assured, with the ability to be both funny and cutting, both charming and derisive, often in the same sentence. He drew viewers: people either liked him or liked to hate him. News outlets in that decade and in the years after, often treated Trump as if he were born anew with every story, his previous misdeeds or misstatements or lies basically washed away. ~ Maggie Haberman Confidence Man: The Making of Donald Trump and the Breaking of America.

And so it continues.

I've been asked to sing' "when we were young Maggie" at a Kitchen Party ... is this something coch' dupe?

What exactly are Magi? No one knows or cares ... a sense of beyond! Thus the out there are indicated ... edge NG? tattered ,,,
