Absolutely, one Marjorie Taylor Green is enough in the world.Poilievre is very aware of the Parliamentary rules and could and should have realized that calling your opponent a "whacko" repeatedly would not fly. There's a point to having rules of debate in the House of Commons and part of that is to avoid having the proceedings degenerate into this kind of juvenile name calling. He could have made his point without the insults. IOW, there is no gag order here. He broke rules in full awareness of those rules and the Speaker rightly imposed consquences. It has happened to many MPs, even occasionally government members and cabinet ministers, over the years and decades so this is not the Liberals "gagging" Poilievre. I, for one, want civil, thoughtful debate in the House, not this kind of playground BS.
(PS. it also would not fly in a lot of organized debates, not just parliamentary ones, and the consequences for doing so and not obeying the speakers request to apologize or retract them would be similar)
