They did a variation of that starting in the 30's in Germany. That worked out well.
Did Guantanimo have a record for humane treatment before? I don't see how it would improve under the current administration.

Of course I meant human beings. They may or may not be humane. They do though, deserve some humane treatment.

Yes, that's right, WhyCzar. If I was here and not registered, I'd be considered an illegal alien in South Korea. The ARC's a legal requirement for foreign residents like me who are staying in Korea for more than 90 days. It serves as proof of my legal status and lets me access various services and benefits. Without it, I'd be in violation of immigration laws and could face penalties or deportation.
That having been said, I probably wouldn't even be here. There was no drastic reason why I had to leave Canada. My life was not so terrible that I felt like I had to flee where I was
