What are you watching these days?

It may be computed that if flawed mortals were eliminated ... peace and quiet would return for a bit or chit ... as the chits were tossed on the roulette table ... the gamble Einstein missed as quantum matter ... dark stuff!

Reality and ultimate connections are sophisticated relations ... beyond human Eire ...

We just finished binge watching the second season of Traitors UK. It is a group of strangers who have to figure out who among them are traitors and who are faithfuls.

Now we're watching the American Traitors. It is full of "stars", people who were on other reality shows, or who are famous for another reason

It is striking to see the difference between the Brits and the Yanks. I prefer the British version of the show.

Omg!

One of my fav tv series of all time

Utopia, the original version. Came oot in 2013

Dark and satirical and very british
also very strangely topical
witness our main characters as they try to find rare issues of a comic where the author has gone missing. and it goes on from there...mua ha ha
Trigger warning: do not see if anxious, depressed and such or are squicked by off stage violence to children

this is dark satire but has some things in it that can be quite shocking

Season 1

Season 2

It was once directed that we set a watchmen so as to watch out and no one watches in as they believe there is nothing there ... a core enigma?

Tarkovsky's version of Stanislaw Lem's Solaris

Very slow moving. Philosophical Science Fiction. One of my favs.

non representational and representational
differwnt art styles too

I can't recommend Unbelievable highly enough. Will likely watch it again in the near future

"The Boys in the Boat" is the true story of depression era young men who are given the opportunity for rowing competition in Hitler's 1936 Olympics.
Great Depression era period piece! The people in the Colorado theater stood up and shouted their approval after the movie ended--something I've never seen before in a theater. I saw it at Christmas while visiting my brother, but I'ts coming here in Washington next week. Will alert my friends to go and see it. 97% Audience rating on Rotten Tomatoes!

Is the song born, or Bourne as a sad thought that remains depressed until someone strikes the nerve to raise it ... thus carried by no other than Anam Cara ... a tome on pain and loss ... departed things!

Look Who's Back (2015), a film adaptation of the novel of the same name. Hitler wakes up in 2014 Berlin and interacts with the new world. Strangeness ensues.
