Hey, thanks. Pinga, Mendalla and I are beyond happy with how everyone has embraced the new site.

There are some things I have to get off my ass and do, such as insert the new logo and do a minor software update, and figure out why the web server is being prudish over language. I'm away this weekend, so it won't happen until next week. I have cottage internet access to my laptop over wifi, but for those things, I want my wired connection and desktop at home.

I really didn't expect this much activity. I did not expect to break 100 (real) members so quickly. While there have been hiccups, some of which I still have to address, I thought there would be more.

Also, if you all would just start agreeing that there is likely no God, I could stop debating and get to work on some of this stuff! I'm turning into a user when the admin work isn't close to done. Oops.

Numbers are edging down the last couple of days, but it's summer. All online forums experience downturns over the summer. It's like people get outside. Don't they know about UV rays? Stay inside, on your computer.

I know I was never all that active on WCv1, but I am very very glad to see a new version (with a much more standard and easy to maintain back end!) up and running.
I'll likely still mainly lurk, but I'm still glad to have a place to do that.
Thanks to all the folks who have made this possible. I followed your toils, at least what was made public, and I'm sure there were times when it didn't seem worth it.
