I struggle to maintain my weight. Part of my problem with age is that I have almost no sense of smell, and that affects appetite a great deal.

I'm losing weight because the meds I've been on have affected my appetite. I do have some to spare and it's not falling off me. Over the past year I've lost about 45 pounds. I've been mostly eating smaller portions or food where I can get more bang for my buck when I really don't want to eat.

I lost weight with the gall bladder ordeal but it has creeped up again. Unfortunately, I like to bake. And I don't have a houseful to feed...although I give as much baking away as possible. But I like to eat it too.

I love to bake as well, Nancy. Haven't done hardly any just cozy willpower sucks when it comes to my baked goods. Now, I'm not a chocolate fan, so when family will be around I can make chocolate items they love

I love to bake as well, but do very little except for church and bake sales because the big guy doesn't need it.

I lost 10 lbs or so recently because of stress ... can't seem to escape it as I am somewhat alert to things others find uncomfortable ... at 6 ft or so 200 lbs is not that crazy for my age ... I'm not extreme about my appearance ... unless you happen to be fanatical about the itinerant observation ... so I just look right back at the challenge ... self-made powers hate to be observed! Then I've been constructed from many alien winds ... four to start with and divining ... schists AH? Schizoid that crappy aye ... of conscience? All the norms hate it as ordinance ... a lesser balance ...

I was pleased today that I was able to wear a blouse without it pulling at the buttons, and jeans that didn't look like my thighs were going to rip the seam apart.

I feel that i am learning from my Noon items, still have a ways to go, but, am able to decide meals, and continue to lose weight, albeit slowly.
I am pondering going to a local fitness group. Have joined the city/region activity centre, but, due to health issues, hadn't wanted to be in the pool. Time to get back on that as well.

Normally my weight goes down a bit in the summer, but we have not done as much walking as we usually do in the summer, and I have not done as much lawn mowing as most years. I also seem hungrier than usual this summer. But my weight is still a zone that is ok.
