TRUMP - Some people think......... How do you feel?

According to a poll...if it would get Trump out of office, roughly 40% of voters opposed to Trump would willingly give up things like sex, beer, and chocolate. (And many would give up cell phones, TV...) not exactly a viable strategy but it does show what a big priority the resistance to Trump is.

The question that comes immediately to my mind is - what happened to the other 8.2%?

jae - are you for real? To the best of my knowledge there is no such thing as a count of how many Muslims and Mexicans voted for Trump. And if there is, I would be dismayed at the thought that some government agency was keeping track of voters by their religious affiliation.
And are you cheering for Trump for visiting Saudi Arabia?? That is one of the worst human rights offenders in the world. And the U.S. is very busily funding its war on the poor and starving of Yemen, and is the Major source of weapons for the Saudis.

That there were tens of millions of Americans who voted for President Trump leads me to believe that there were many Mexican-Americans and American Muslims who did. If you look at his campaign rallies, he actually spoke to diverse crowds. I appreciate that President Trump is visiting Saudi Arabia. I feel it is a significant step toward greater shalom in America.

Jews were there? even rabbis? How daring! Talk about religious freedom. All you have to do is to be Christian or Jewish.
Frankly, if I were clergy of any sort, I'd be ashamed to be featured in any public event with a person like Trump. I think it would have been more appropriate if Trump had just invited fundamentalists.
I think Jae is right, though. Trump has done good things. By cutting back drastically on health care for the poor, he's sparing them the agony of becoming both old and poor. His threat to nuke North Vietnam stirs my Christian heart to joy. And his commitment to guarantee that Christians will continue to have all the oil they want to drive to church on Sunday is a giant step forward.
jae, Trump is a president of a U.S. that has ALWAYS lived in a moral and spiritual vacuum. Trump (and Clinton) fit right into that. Either of them would have been a great pope in the happy days of the inquisition.

Wow! Just read jae's rationale for concluding that masses of Muslim and Mexicans must have flocked to vote for Trump. And, yes, he did speak to divers crowds, and the nearby parking lots were jammed with camels.
There probably are some Jews who admire the Saudi royals. They'd be the ones who torture Palestinians and vote for Nethanyahu.

Competition encourages simplicity ... especially when the complex is denigrated ... and thus where is the complex and sophisticated thoughts found? In the Shadow's domain ... in abstraction! Tis dark and obscure, obtuse, occult and generally overlooked by the high hand painted on the wall ... is there a proper format and temp late ... a following virtue in form? Not here and now ... tis future ... in literature there is always the Eire ... thus literary devicing for the later squeeze and jew-s'n ...

Did you know ןיש translates into hate, a modernly supported BS? But as in Semitics, the script is altered end for end ... some take hate as a s'n ... formal sets do not allow loose and Lucid translations ... must be done according to law or the pagans could interpret it different than the end authority ... Ba'aL'm ... and the vessel emptied ... dear departed ...

Does allow for the outliers and out there visions ... from a position unaffected by emotional affiliation and affections? Gravitas ... out stants, stints on the fringe ...

Such hyperbole Graeme.

Holt s**t. He fired Comey. Trump fired the FBI Director in the middle of he FBI investigation of Trump's campaign.

Even Nixon didn't fire the FBI Director. Nixon fired the prosecutors. Didn't work out so well there. Not the Trump knows his history.

Bottom line is that President Trump could legally fire the FBI Director, and, thinking that he could not effectively do his job, did so. Anything beyond that is conjecture.
