Everything you guys hear and see and then regurgitate has first gone through a filter. The filter only lets sh&t through. Not really reality based.

It reminds me of OT stories where God would cause some delusion to fall on people so that Israel could go in and clean house.

And what any of this had to do with the TED Talk that pointed out the obvious algorithms through which we see social media. It's why a responsible citizen goes to less biased sources like CBC, BBC, Al-Jazeera (English).
 
I'd like to know exactly how the media has hurt poor Mr Trump. He's been recorded saying and doing things. He's been recorded saying one thing one day, and another thing the next. He denies saying things he has been recorded as saying. Of course media slants things and takes things out of context. I would like to know what possible context there is for some of what he has said and done.

That's a variation of what has been said of past regimes. If there's lots of feces to go through the filter, will let a lot feces through.
 
Is god fickle? First there is our aria ... and then feces ... and only gods can make feces fly ... just for the fecundity!

Or is god just a quantum state of mind ... sometimes wisely pondering and sometimes crazy as 'ell when cleaning out the stable parts of the kingdom as a mere-ye-O'man? Kind 'a reminds me of Mid Night passions, dreams needing someone to calm the fickle frustrations of those affected by Moe 'n Light ... when it causes light and darkness to ebb and flow as time and tilde ... numinous against the phenomenal explosions and implosions into subtle realms ... distant woe 'Ms?

A study of middle and Ye Aulde English will reveal various pilgrimages of the tongues from alien lands ... like Syrilliac ... thus a tongue progresses across the face of the earth as dirt to some who hate strange tongues. Consider those that don't like Arid Tongues ... dry humour ... black there as laid out in the sand ... forming a line with variations ... but literal!

Then some people say dirty tongues are Mire-aye boies (floaters?) if you've ever had the great MOG give you a going over? She walks and talks like and angel but when that old broad mind is stirred ... be prepared. Now if god is understanding ... in ignorance does the devil step in ... if so does love and understanding run in waves or tides in a large emotional sea with some depth where the wisdom is hidden ... giving the garden of Eden has a tree of knowledge that God would warn us away from. Some take this not as satyr but literally ... giving the thrashing of the sea ...is this still indeterminate and fickle?
 
Do some people stop learning at a point where they become staid ... and mocking without Cos?

Perhaps it is the stress,s or ankh bought on by life without respect from the isolated religious ones ... who care for little but non-flowering egos ... that can't get beyond themselves ... fly traps for floating fecundity?
 
Don't put all the blame on Trump. He is all the terrible things that have been attributed to him, But he is a product of the system, not the creator of it. And the American political system has collapsed. Really, it collapsed a long time ago. Hillary Clinton, too, was the product of a collapsed system. So was Obama. So was Bush. American democracy has been a fiction and a lie throughout American history.
The U.S. has been an aggressor since the day it was founded - against its native peoples, against Canada, Against Mexico. Against the whole of Latin America, then against the Spanish Empire in Asia - and now against most of the world. There is scarcely a year since 1776 when the U.S. has not been plundering some nation some where. It has invaded at seventy countries since 1945.
All such invasions have been carried out to benefit the very wealthy - who are also the ones who have really ruled the U.S. from the start.
The U.S. is the successor to the British Empire - and it has been even more murderous and ruthless than the British were. And, like the British, they kid themselves that they are the good guys and the other sides are always 'bad' people.
Canada is a part of the American empire. We are a colony.

In a recent news story, the UN asked Canada to assume the leadership of the UN peace mission to Mali. The response of Canada? It told the UN it would have to discuss it with the U.S. first.

We gave to get permission from the U.S. before we do anything in foreign affairs? Yes. That's what being a colony means. The U.s does not, of course, deign to consult us before it makes such decisions. PM Lester Pearson saw this coming. That's why he developed the peacekeeping role - so we would not get sucked into fighting U.S. wars.

A day later, another high official for Canada announced we are looking for a way to help Ukraine in its renewed fighting with Russia.Why should we be helping Ukraine? This is not a tiny nation being attacked by big, bad Russia. This is a country that had a legally elected government that was overthrown in a coup sponsored by the U.S. It is now, in effect, a colony of the U.S. on the border of Russia, established to moved American troops and missiles right up to the Russian border.

There is no earthly reason why we should make matters even worse by sending out troops in there. But if the U.S. says jump, Trudeau will jump.

Can the U.S. recover from this collapse? I doubt it.

Genuine political thought doesn't happen in the U.S. It's a nation built on slogans and myths. To challenge the way things are is likely to be dismissed as unAmerican. That's why it is close to the bottom of developed world rankings for education, health care, and social services in general. But it is a leader in wars of aggression and theft. That's why so many countries in Europe, Asia, Africa, and South America are trying to break their colonial status with the U.S.

Canada is a colony of the U.S. Either it has the courage to break that - or we go down with the U.S.

End NAFTA (which may happen anyway), pull out of NATO and NORAD, build alliances with countries like China and Russia, diversify our export markets (which both Harper and Trudeau have been trying to do anyway with trade talks with China, the EU, and others), generally unhitch ourselves from the American horse. There's also the continentalist mentality, in which we keep seeing the US as our natural partner in all things. The problem with all that being that they really are our natural partner in all things. We share a land mass, ecosystems, trade routes, and so on with them simply by virtue of geography. There is simply no reasonable way we can be as close with China or Europe as we are with the US. So we can maybe unhitch ourselves politically to some degree by not endorsing their policies and maybe being more critical of them, but the economic and social ties aren't going away easily.

I agree, but I would also think we would be threatened and intimidated.
 
Should we secretly arrange for Chinese and Russian Bo marks on our land just to raise the chaos factor?

Could cause panic in the card house!
