Why the huh, should we take anything at face value? The tactics of the KKK are well known, it wouldn't be beyond them to create another cell to seemingly agree with the peace keepers cause but it's real purpose would be to discredit them.Huh?
Hired goons.
Yes there is, people that are afraid to speak out about obvious injustice for the sake of their jobs.
I didn't understand your first comment, hence the "huh?". I get it now.Why the huh, should we take anything at face value? Not yet. Did you read the Mother Jones and Atlantic articles? The first MJ article is an interesting expose of disaffected skin head and punk youth in Indiana - peas from the same pod. Some went far left, some far right, both used violence.
I do not think both the extreme left and extreme right are equally responsible for Charlottesville. But the extreme left contributed to the violence
Hired goons are predictable, though. They will hurt whomever they are paid to hurt so are easy to monitor and defend against. Buffoons, less so. As Trump proves time and time again. Today's ally can be tomorrow's target. And back again.
That I can probably agree with.
You made a comment in response to the link I posted without having listened to it. Listen to it then comment.
I have not read the articles you posted yet. I have also not commented on them.
Listen to the clip.
i have known about the rise of the alt-right, and read things from the Southern Poverty Law Centre for some time. Since before Trump was elected. I didn't know what to call it until Clinton said "alt-right" but something was going on - the anarchists seemed to have been infiltrated by some people with ugly ideas and were spreading them online and I couldn't understand it. It picked up over the last few years. And quite a few "hipsters" were all of a sudden really sexist, racist and demeaning the concept of social justice - and it confused me. And I knew that neo-naziism and white nationalism were on the rise in Europe and that Putin was a factor in this because he wants to break up Europe and regain loyalty from former soviet countries instead of them joining the EU. It's all part of the same wicked brew, in the big picture, imo. In terms of the alt-left I have already given a counter argument to that concept, with articles, last night. They could just as easily be called factions of the anarchist left who use violence as a tactic in their "toolkit" which I do not agree with. Again, I think it stems from the fact that using violence against oppressive government is written into their constitution. And both extreme sides think that's what they're doing. For those who blame the "alt-left" for the violence, this interview is quite enlightening. David Neiwert is a man who has studied this issue extensively and is speaking with Mark Connolly on Edmonton AM.
Edmonton AM | The rise of alt-right extremism
I couldn't have said it better. Demeaning and silencing dissent is very dangerous.
What smoke is that Pontifex?Have to say congrats Kimmio for being the first to get a glimpse outside of the MSM smoke.
It's not only the KKK though - it's other neo-nazi and white supremacy and "Stone Age" sexist groups too. Some even came from the online gaming community.I will be referring to the alt-right as the KKK from now on.......there is nothing right in their organization and I will not use their sanitized name as the try to claim a legitimate role in this society.
I don't care what they call themselves....offshoots by any other name still smells like the KKK.It's not only the KKK though - it's other neo-nazi and white supremacy and "Stone Age" sexist groups too. Some even came from the online gaming community.
It should've been a tip off to all respectable republicans, though, when David Duke's tweet was projected on a screen at the RNC convention.
Okay. But then you might not notice the others.I don't care what they call themselves....offshoots by any other name still smells like the KKK.
That's the standard trick of the left. Label everybody you hate a racist.I will be referring to the alt-right as the KKK from now on.......there is nothing right in their organization and I will not use their sanitized name as the try to claim a legitimate role in this society.
I'm sure they will take care of that. The KKK have literally developed their own language in order to avoid detection and spreading out into other groups is just another exercise for confusion.Okay. But then you might not notice the others.
I think he means this:What smoke is that Pontifex?
