Just a reminder folks that their is a continuum of mental health-as their is of physical health.
I live with 2 young adults with mental health diagnoses and caseworkers and psychiatrists. Both are on prescription medicine. Both have had mental health hospitalizations in the last 7 months. And right now they are busy playing video games together. After dinner the 3 of us prepared chili for the slow cooker-it will go on tomorrow morning. Both are very intelligent-and partially employed.

I have been thinking of alcohol and drug addiction. I recognize some it can start with self medication for mental health; however, my thoughts were primarily re addiction.
