Plainly black and white and hairy as schools of Greek thought ... the Romans attempted to bury it ... but thoughts are like that ... partisan eruptions?

When will the overbearing evah learn ... tis bleak as a house with only cracks for windows ... wholly heaven? "In the beginning ... " it goes on ...

A poem by my son that I really liked. I've asked his permission to share it here; he posted it on Facebook, so assuming his answer will be yes:

I called you today.
You can't have paid the bill
Or even pick up
But I saw your name in my contact list
And a hand, not mine, but attached...hit that button.

It didn't ring.
Of course.
They cut your lines after your death.
But, maybe, I thought I could call backwards...
To a time you needed me and I wasn't there...
To a time I wish I had known...

Instead a voice told me what I already knew
"This line is not in service"
And I had to accept you were gone
We'll never chill.
You can't watch my back
And I can't give you advice where your going..

I'll miss you man...

Powerful words

Comfortable people don't like raw things ... even if the water is warming slowly .. they deny its rising nature ...

Either the cooker or cookee will get you and there will be nothing left but crumbs under the plateau --- Jesus!

There's some grand old mythology about some heroines buried there ... some of these characters demons to the upper powers that will have nothing to do with the humble ones ...

Pretty Neat Kaye ...

Gorgeous. Did you piece that?

Thank you for the positive comments and the thoughts about a title.

Pinga - it was a pretty easy project actually. The background is one piece of fabric that happened to be blue and green in suitable places. The photo doesn't really show the greenery on the ground. I added the trees with fusible web. There is some stitching on 'ground', grasses mostly and the branches/arms are stitched.
