Sadly. some of us are stuck at the humble granny square.

I have recently learned a good method for going from one round to the next. It involves 4 slip stitches and makes for a more attractive transition.

The slip stitch method is how I learnt to do them LAST year..and never underestimate the granny square - you can do more than afghans with it. ;)

an uncommon moment. the 2 lovers really close to Queen Cat (who oftentimes tries to keep C in his place; ahh dominance hierarchies...we keep trying to talk 2 them aboot it lol)
 
The situation, Innanna, is that you've got two tuxedo cats and a tabby. Like tends to hang out with like in the cat world, which is also, always a matriarchy, assuming there's at least one female in the mixture.

Sort of reminds me of the world of mind ... Katheryn against better odds ... when Tom steps in out weighing ... but taking off when momma beats the crap out of his thoughts? Approaches in the dark should be about sweet aspirations ...

their conflict hasnt always been this way
V is the oldest cat; she was our only cat for years before the fostering of the bois
and when the bois got domesticated enuf to come out of their cage the 2 seemed to want to nurse from V and she wouldnt have anything to do with it lol
now she'll growl at C and even charge him. and ifbit develops into a full on fur fight B joins in as well. poor thing.
i keep telling V that all she has 2 do is to sit on C and pee on him lol
oh and bizarre behaviour by her whenever a fight happens she will end up lying on her side and back with her bladder and bowels evacuated. gross mess 2 clean up.
