Good morning! Heat warnings continue in this area, possibly through tomorrow. Had to turn the air conditioning back on. Hoping it's a little more comfortable wherever you are.
We come together gain around the Coffee Cart in the Room, for conversations, support, and community strengthening. Coffee and tea are available, as well as the Wonderbaker's gifts. This Wednesday morning, there are muffins of several kinds: raspberry, apple, and blueberry. The tea water is boiling, the coffee is freshly brewed, and muffins are warm from the oven. All is ready, everyone is welcome. Come join the fun!

Mmmm— I love muffins. Thanks. We had a good old-fashioned downpour last night, complete with a little thunder and lightning. We haven’t had a rain like that in a long time.

We might go down to the shore property to keep working on our driveway. It has been a week and a half since we heard from the lawyer who was bullying us to sign an inaccurate legal document instigated by a neighbour. Not blaming the neighbour….but we can’t perpetuate past injustices so we have to take a stand. It all has to do with privately owned power lines that were placed in the middle of our property long ago and we would like them removed as the new owners transition to underground cables. They are asking for an all-encompassing easement on our property. Complete with maps and other information that are incorrect. Old camp properties must be lawyers’ worst nightmares. We have never been able to afford to build but all around us rich people are building mansions or camp complexes. We are the last of the original owners of the whole shoreline.

Sorry for the diatribe….it has been on my mind.
 
These are things that "r" because the rich believe evrybody else is wrong ... contrary to some senses of balance ...

Thus r Cis erupt sometimes a syble in folly ... oracle? If there is an action there will be reaction ... portion of the golden roue's ...

Disturbs those that believe they are stable while tearing down their templar condition ... timely descent ... make a hole and you may fall intuit! Naturally if you blind yourself to a lot of other matter ...

Possibly a psyche perversion and not of virtue if you live on "will" alone ... desire can kill if you don't have a break to process once in a long time ... gives some of us the will-ease ... especially with apocalypse ... a wake 'nin?

What's a nin? Something to question as opposed to nothing ... no question atoll ...

Isolated events in a realm where desire to know of mystery is resisted ... OHM age to set wealth? A type of idea -L ... in an imperfect world where one must eventually depart to check out the opposed ... the other's ide? Something to identify with ... just to retain a breast of Sophia if you believe in alternate wisdom ... a stretch of alter ego?

I once was told that "ego" once was understood as awareness ... and then we lost it ... because of ego*at*ism ... when the opponents went at it ... frightfully drawn in ... from way out of 'ere now! Life struggle ... then that other whorl ...

Coquette is an interesting word for the stand-up Ephraim ... as feminine form of someone rising to response of abusive activity ... ET being an old form of a tree as a stand in or up for whatever reason ...

One might be able to relate that to Annie if you understood Annie ... to at one time being a concern, worry, bother or otherwise trouble if not properly cared for when charged ... Canan ist? Ag un man ... not to mess with if un educated ... therecould be extensive consequences ...

Beware if you go into a forest garden with such ... there could be pits for satire ... you could be fitted with wheels and run off ...
 
Late brekkie this morning. Had a fasting ultrasound to make sure I still have a liver.:eek: Okay, no. Just to check on it.:sneaky: I have some issues that have been around for a while. Brought my morning menu of cereal with nuts and raspberries to work so took me like an hour to eat because I was eating as I worked.

Down here in SW Ontario, too. Had my car's AC on already as i drove to the lab and then to work. It was 31 and humid when I went home yesterday. Might be a bit cooler at least today since we are mostly cloudy.
 
There was heavy rain and sheet lightning when I woke up early today. It has stopped raining but the day is humid and dreary.
 
Orange severe thunderstorm warning out for here (SW Ontario). How much you want to bet it hits while I'm trying to get home? Already did the drive home in a severe storm once this summer. Made driving in some blizzards look pleasant because the rain and wind were so heavy.
 
I am officially extremely fecking tired of being frightened by weather reports. I blame the 24/7 news needing always to get excited about s**t but I am so done.

It is summer in Ontario. There might be fecking thunderstorms, rain and hail. Feckin' deal with it!!! Jesus Murphy.

My bigger indica plant suffered serious damage in last night's storm. I have plans for repair, not for whining and worrying.
 
Good morning! After an evening and night of thunder, lightning, heavy rains and heavier weather warnings, the world is still here. Hope you survived it all, as well. Any property damage, or power outages? None seems to have been damaged here. At least no major damage.
We gather round the Coffee Cart to continue our conversations, to support each other, and to develop camaraderie with one another. We do this over tea, coffee, and the productions of our Wonderbaker. This morning we have crepes, with a few options for toppings, They do smell wonderful! The tea water is hot, coffee is freshbrewed, and crepes are ready to serve. All is ready, everyone is welcome, as always. Come on in and join us!

The surroundings are failing as an environment attacked by those that know no better ... observers are strangers sent here to report back on what the great unknowing didn't wish to Ci senor ... thus the great power collects intelligence on the ignorant ... transferred on ... out of 'ere?

I agree with @BetteTheRed about the scaremongering weather reports. Yesterday it was a fog warning. But I think a lot of the news is into fear mongering too. I’m old enough to disregard if I choose to but younger people might let such reports ramp up their anxiety.
 
Fear is a big thing in marketing paranoia ... frightful mental canditions?

Then if you observe what mortals do ... is it any wonder the immortal world recesses ... so many just can't see it! Like Shenandoah ... fog Din! Chaos ...

Alas we can't say nothing clear because we're not supposed to know much ... if you do ... be careful, someone will elect to be a drain ... precoqued as ole?

A lot of damage near me. I got my truck under cover just in case. Major intersections were flooded. Cars were abandoned. Others had broken windows.

Yeah, the noise is a jumpscare, but some pockets were hit hard and they can't filter the alarms that accurately.
 
Fog warning was not a bad idea here today. Worst I have seen the fog here in a while. Usually it burns off by the time I leave and it didn't today (and was running half an hour late this morning, too).

Wow. We just got a metric f-ton of rain yesterday spread over 3 or 4 storms. That sounds more like one we had early in the summer that managed to hit right at evening rush hour. By about the halfway point of my drive home, I was wishing I was driving a boat.

Some experts on the surroundings (enviromenntalists) say we may have already crossed the line of Magi ... the natural lady? It is said she's not to be messed with ...
