Iceland is a truly remarkable place. Thoroughly enjoyed my tour. Never saw any elves myself but I did hear some of the stories. Did not know about this place when I was there, though. I did visit a museum down the street from our hotel in Reykjavik which is built over the archaeological site where they've excavated the site of one of the original Viking farms.
