Cartagena was sacked a couple times, once by Sir Francis Drake and once by the French.

The old city walls (still intact) were built after the former.

The Colombians consider Drake a pirate (technically he was a privateer since he was working for his government). I don't blame them.

Does private earing thus get a bad name in the public realm ...

May explain why private perseverance is considered a tough activity and quite sensitive ... sentient 's ...

In Grunloch basin, which is an area of sinkholes in Austria, it gets colder than the mountaintops

Like -52 C cold

The Nazis would cold test vehicles there

Amazing reality

There are several connections between two World Heritage Sites I have visited over past few days.

Fortifications in both Cartagena, Colombia and Portobello, Panama were designed by Juan Baptiste Antonelli.

Both were visited by Sir Francis Drake.

Both were attacked by the British Admiral Edward Vernon (who got his butt kicked at Cartagena, not clear on how Portobelo went).

Yeah, "tree" is almost more of a form than an actual type of plant. In the Carboniferous and Permian, you had cycads and ferns and such forming tree-like structures long before anything resembling a modern tree came along.

Don't forget the mezzo tree ... potentially fossilized ... well contained! It could be a sign ... of prior folly ...

That was one of the earliest lifeforms was it not? Underwater? I know they began as "dirt bags"

on may 5, 1945, a joint team up between USA and German troops
to rescue several French celebrities from Castle Itter in Austria

here is a rundown of this novel event

Not only is the Pacific Northwest moving Westward against both the Juan de Fuca mini plate (which is currently stuck between the North American Plate and the Pacific Plate-- the NAP is moving SW currently. The Juan de Fuca plate is part of the reason why the PNW has such huge earthquakes i think), but the Entire PNW is rotating clockwise

And every 14 months parts of it stop and even go backward a fraction of an inch for 2 weeks

You are not allowed to say that without a reference in the one book allowed by the Kings ... God's Representation of an all effusive desire?

Thus many schizoid books beyond the allowed by whomever believes they know something in a world where cover-up is received as best and is removed during the wash (catharsis)! Allows for melt down ...
