Yes Crazyheart, Seelerman opened an account for me while we are away from home. He is sharing it with me. Actually all the posts so far have m me. He is a lurker for now,

and Pilgrim, what makes you think a roofer cant be classy . There are roofers, and there are 'roofers'. Both of you seem to prefer him to lumbermen or truckers. ha ha.

Seriously Crazyheart I am thinking about you while you have your treatments. I hope all goes well .

his brain is in Salt Lake City.

I haven't been to Salt Lake City but I have been to St. George, Utah, which is in the South of the state near the border with Arizona. The temple there was actually started before the big one in Salt Lake. And it's surrounded by gorgeous natural scenery (quite close to Zion and Bryce National Parks). Say what you will about the Mormons, but they sure picked a nice bit of real estate down there.

I've been to Salt lake City, and it was a treat to hear the Mormon Tabernacle choir......
Interesting city - I only saw one homeless man, and he got lots of change - they seemed to have an ethos of caring. I got the impression that if I walked off without my handbag - some very polite Mormon would chase after me with it.

I asked a tour driver there what he thought of same sex marriage?
"I don't think it's God's will. Ma'am - but I know than many disagree with my position".
It left me reflecting how often you see obeying rules and good manners(tick) alongside narrow views and discrimination. (cross)

Psst - Crazyheart - I've just heard from the roofer -we may have a rival for our affections......

He said he met this really fantastic nurse whilst he was waiting for you to come out of your cocoon.
(If he keeps misbehaving he might find his ladder missing a few rungs)

Despite protestations from seeler, the roofer's body might be in Saskatchewan, but his brain is in Salt Lake City....:D

(I think I'm turning Canadian - I can now spell "Saskatchewan" without googling it!)

Way back in radio college, we were told to pronounce it "Saskatchwinn" rather than "Saskatchawan." Just a tip.

A coworker asked me today what I thought of the Pride parade (it was yesterday here in Toronto). I responded that I hadn't gone to it.

She said that her religion is against same sex marriage - that God didn't make people of the same sex to be together but rather made men and women to be together and have lots of babies.

Then customers started coming in, ending our discussion.

Do whatever turns you on -just so long as it's a consenting adult, and leave the judgement to God.........
