I have a problem with someone like Kenney getting that rich while also creating policies that make it harder for those he governs. He and others like him consider it unreasonable to pay some workers a living wage.

He and others like him also consider it unreasonable to govern themselves accordingly.

And yet ... voting for 'governance' from 'rich predators' is extolled as 'civic duty'.

I am so hoping that this 'plan-demic' will open our eyes to the realization that the last thing we want to do is 'return to normal' in it's wake.

Yet some would say that's the way it is ... established and it cannot be changed ... because of our belief in institutions!

Then there are commissions to consider ... like how much will the CEO's claim of the $83B this time around!

Even larger question: "hoo's to pay the piper ... when the whole shot is dune gone?" There is canon, bulls, Ferdinand's Loss and all that kind of underhanded code to consider ... and for every law and sense of loss ... there are exceptional unseens!

I cannot say for it is considered politically improper ...

Remember it is a we vs them situation and we are doomed to be eliminated ...

Then from out there we can ask the phantom question ... if we no longer carry out the crap ... where will it fall?

Science is a pretty broad spectrum ...

Professor Dr Sucharit Bhakdi, is an infectious medicine specialist.
The Professor is one of the most highly cited medical research scientists in Germany.
He was head of the Institute for Medical Microbiology at the Johannes Gutenberg University of Mainz, one of Germany's most distinguished seats of learning.

Would that qualify him as a science expert?

I despair that so many in the commentariat and politics obediently accept what they are being told. I have lived long enough, and travelled far enough, to know that authority is often wrong and cannot always be trusted.

I also know that dissent at this time will bring me abuse and perhaps worse. But I am not saying this for fun, or to be ‘contrarian’ –that stupid word which suggests that you are picking an argument for fun. This is not fun.

This is our future, and if I did not lift my voice to speak up for it now, even if I do it quite alone, I should consider that I was not worthy to call myself English or British, or a journalist, and that my parents’ generation had wasted their time saving the freedom and prosperity which they handed on to me after a long and cruel struggle whose privations and griefs we can barely imagine.

This is off the website:
“ While we aren’t expecting anyone to do so, you can make a voluntary donation to the fund if you desire to do so.”
and then follows the instruction for applying to the funds that Amazon has donated/ dedicated to this fund. It might be better for Amazons taxes to do it that way, but nobody on this site is asking for “ our” donations. Rita, you need to keep your facts straight.
 
I am not saying that the virus itself is a hoax ... it is definitely a tragedy.

However, looking at the the 'whole' of this historical event ...

I am without a doubt saying it is a cover for a financial collapse that was coming - way before 'discovery' of a novel virus - so those who caused it can slink off into the sunset blaming 'nature' and 'acts of god' while leaving the 'plebs' holding the 'dripping' baby.

There is some religious sense that those that don't strive to beat down the other are not very enlightened.

There is an undertone of some Golden Underdog Ruse! Dispose of the useless conspiracy? Sounds like a plan ...

What if the humble god is behind or beneath this stage ... would that be daemon st rable? The essence of St Rable?

Will the rising aura from those beneath affect the overhead? Seems to fit the relativity and quantum schemes ... if living closely to a cesspool, there's danger of ignition ...

Are there ridiculous consequences to insane stories ... if you cannot speak of politically sensitive truth! It may be a pain ...

Yep, if you want to find idiots with adoctor’s title on the internet, you will find them. There also is a retired lung specialist in Germany, saying similar things. However, if you read the article with your brain turned on, you can easily find ” facts” in it that do not make sense, like: China and Italy have the same amount of pollution, that’s why their death rate is so high. As we now can see developing, Spain has a very high death rate -and very good air.
Same with the estimate of only 30 deaths a day for Germany. Germany is not yet there where Spain and Italy is, but a death rate of 700 a day kinda contradicts that prognosis, doesn’t it. Oh, I forgot, Germany must have much better air quality than Spain.
 
Yesterday in Oz we were informed that visits to the barber/hairdresser would be limited to 30 minutes....

This means just cuts - no washing, no colouring, no perms, etc
I freaked out - imagining looking in the mirror in six months time and seeing this old lady with grey/white hair who I no longer recognized.

This morning we are told that hairdressers can operate as usual???
I've decided to colour my hair myself(no doubt badly!) and just go for cuts. I'll wear a mask and gloves and hope for the best. One of my neighbours is a retired hairdresser and she offered to colour my hair - but I don't want to risk her health or mine.

Discipline is the key - shop no more than once a week, walk every day keeping the required space, and phone folks up.....
 
I am reading a Ron Reagan biography ... the freedom of politicians to say what they do to suit a dumb populace is overwhelming from all parties mentioned in the book.

Then one asks oneself: "Is there a benefit to maintaining a dumb populace? Can the populace be stability numbed ... while being stuffed with intellectual matter that they do not absorb? An late teacher friend ... said intellectual process is something other than straightforward absorption ... sometimes known as sapience ... part of the mystical tree function! You just don't see the mystical tree function without both side of the peculiar thing that stumps many as it metamorphs ... fudderbies?

When dealing with nothing ... be sure to use nonsense (it amounts to little). Myths are small stuff remember ... and they can be squirmy ...

My solution is simple buzz the head ... th'Eire was thus all laid out and a heap fuzzy! Fuzzy logos is the goal ... keep the populace stumped.

No more hairy issues ... in King Henry's issues he went overboard and removed the whole head ... a rare divination? Late gods and Goddesses ...

Is there a gem of truth buried there somewhere in the indelible script? How would we know?

Might it appear as hairy God with windblown lochs ... just to add hard celtic blarney!
 
Hair salons and barbershops are closed in this province for two weeks. Non-essential businesses.

Sure wish I had got myself out to one before this happened.
 
There is an old wish for Evergreen ... is this a suggestion for keeping the wee folk green as grass and stupidly laid out ... for replacement parts in the unthinking labour?

What if there is a reaction to the green ruse?
 
Hair salons and similar services are closed here. I got my hair cut on the last day my hairdresser was open. It wasn't bad, now it's tidied up and ready for awhile.

The hair thing isn't a big deal to me, I go years sometimes. Chemguy is asking me if I will cut his hair though - eep!
