I have more clout because it's my step brother and his wife. We agreed to try to find someone who I'd be okay with. It didn't work out the greatest but she can't be asked to leave now anyway. It's not safe. And it's not even legal to formally evict people now. I wouldn't want that. Her lease was for a few months and she had to cancel a trip she was going on after - so, I agreed on Tues for them to extend her lease. It's not 'that' bad. Just venting.Funny, in Florida where we just were they have closed beaches. Mainly because of March break teens and millennials having big parties. But surely open spaces are goo for walking and getting air
kimmio, I assume your room mate is not quite up to speed with precautions. I think lots of millennials have been the same
but if she pays rent she has just as much right to bring home guests and unless you have a formal agreement to ask for permission I doubt she needs to do so
We do have a written agreement to keep things quiet after 10:30 unless arranged ahead of time (because my step brother normally has to get up really early but he's not working these days - but that's sort of his rhythm/ routine anyway). And when she moved in we verbally agreed on chores, but it didn't take.
