My cat is asleep at my feet and at last, this January Monday, I feel at peace. And wishing Grandpa Jae good things on the medical front.

Thank you You. Oorgh, I suffered through a bad migraine today. Massive headache and being sick to my stomach. All I had to eat was toast, coffee, tea, and a small chicken sandwich. Ah well, at least I'm last.

Thank you , Tabitha. We should all feel more sensitive.
And for the elderly jae, not to worry. I get a blood test every second week. All it ever shows is that I have blood. And my arm looks as though I have a pet porcupine.

Thanks Graeme. Hope you stay in good health too.

Survived a massive migraine - had less to eat than Jae - couple of crackers and a few sips of water. Still need more sleep to fully recover.

Glad to hear :) you survived BethAnne. I'm still pretty tired :O - yesterday was the first time :) I ever had a migraine that included vomiting.

I do believe that a "lock down" is to prevent free scripting and cause people to be quiet for aches and pains so they won't puke !

Used to do that often with headaches ... they are a dark spot in my life ... they too passed ... now I am free to be behind yah ... you go first ... I'll remain to see how it goes ... eternally wondering about this creation and "the darkness of the heart" (plagiarized) into stare wars ... thus the Shakespearean Lear!

That leaves me dizzy too ... with vert-egos under the grass ... rest is good, or gothic ... as a goad to get into it again as a black out to what goes on here ... versus to what goes on when you're out of it ... dreamy domains that can scare yah?

okay... enough sitting around... enough rest... now i've gotta' do some integrative seminar homework. i'm writing a report on the thought of ambrose of miLan - especiAlly looking at hiS Thought on the subject of mentorship.
