Health is still improving Less yeast, inflammation, and mould - though there is till some. Acupuncturist said I'm improving my leaps and bounds, the leaps are just smaller than they have been.

In other news...niece and I have been sorting in the basement for mom and today mom had the gal who comes and clean move everything and pile it up so niece and I will have to start all over. I am NOT impressed and told mom so.
