I hope so too! Longest was 144 kms so came close with this one. Last post as I get ready to head out for a much shorter bike ride to church.

That sounds like it should be the start of a country song
Working on getting alignment ready to unmet tomorrow. One I on recontructing pat oral theology. The other I a Hortons paper on patrol care I've received in the pat. I have to go early to the seminar retreat centre tomorrow a I'm involved in collecting fee from other rudeness.

Had a nice 32 km bike ride with some folks from church after worship. Also had a fine sermon from Rev Sheena an the sacred ground we all encounter. And had a nice glass of Guiness at an Irish pub at the end of the bike ride. I really wish it could last...why can't everyday be Sunday?

Because if every day was Sunday, it wouldn't feel like Sunday, or be as enjoyable as Sunday....soon you'd have day after day after day after day, etc, etc that felt like Monday.

Such swings in mood extend into lifelong patterns ... eternal waves? Some of these are only half observed by the mortal side ... thus the dark hand concept or that feeling you might be Pinched out of here by a spirit having control over intellect and wisdom ...
There has to be another side according to the natural rule on action ... reaction ... unless the pause for response instead of rapid fire ... you know that chitty, chitty bang thingy ... bump in the night?
