Just had a Japanese supper. I've found Japanese restaurants to be the most reliable along, perhaps, with Swiss. Chinese can vary a lot. The worst Beijing Duck I ever had was in Beijing.

The best Beijing Duck I ever had was in Shanghai, but the ones I've had in Beijing have been good. You must have gone to the wrong place. :D
