LAST 2 rain barrels emptied...that's the LAST of the have-to jobs before winter - anything else I get done will be a bonus, and if I don't get it done, then it will have to wait till spring.

I still have a ton to do. I must get the basil in soon if I want to pesto it, but I've let it go to flower a bit, and every time I go out to cut it, it's aswarm with happy bumble bees getting their LAST bit of pollen and nectar in where it's available...

here, it's much more about sharing the food. in the west, each person gets their own entree, which is an okay way of doing things, but here the entrees are shared so everyone gets a richer taste experience. aLso, the Act of Sharing bonds people Together

Yeah, that's the norm in Chinese cultures, too. That's why some Chinese restaurants have large round tables with lazy susans on them. Makes it easier to serve the dishes around the table when it is a large group.

Not sure. I've seen sushi places with conveyor belts but that's actually been in the West. Don't recall seeing other uses of conveyor belts in restaurants in China but it intrigues me.
