Can't remember if I updated you all on the phone situation. The restaurant downtown and my neighbour lost their landlines LAST Tuesday...mine went down LAST Wednesday. Restaurant was told no tech could come out to fix till June 11th (over a week wait)...on Thursday, I was told a tech would be out the next day and my neighbour was told the soonest a tech would be out would be the 9th (a week wait). Apparently one tech can't do more than one job in the community in one day. Say what?!!? Now, my neighbour and I have been told a tech will see both of us on the 9th - neighbour gave them a tongue-lashing for saying the tech couldn't look at both of our phones on the same day when we're on the SAME street and the SAME main line so they apparently did what they could and we're confirmed for the same day now. Restaurant hasn't been given a date for a tech sooner than the 11th, even though a tech is to be in town on the 9th. Can Telus make this situation any more stupid, ridiculous and complicated?!
You are expecting Telus to make sense in what they say???? THat is your first flaw. Uou expect Telus to offer efficient service???
