You are the first (not LAST) to “introduce” me to homemade potato chips. Wish I could try them!

They are super easy to make!

Slice really thin (I used the smallest/thinnest blade on the food processor)...single layer on parchment paper...add seasonings...microwave 3 - 5 mins (more depending on microwave and thickness). Let them cool and then enjoy! Easy peasy!

Duly noted. I didn't have a small enough "square" or even rectangle pan to put it in.

I keep getting an email from Telus asking for feedback regarding my call to them on Feb 5th...I haven't phoned or talked to anyone from Telus since the TV situation was resolved back in Sept!
