I was just reading that the notorious IED has an alternate meaning of an intermittent explosive mentality ... an instable (d' mented) soul?

Know any of these out bursting bloomers? Some pass as weeds or tares ... i.e. TAR's ... deficient on some element!

Tarry there with concern ...

Asked at the bank and they said since it was deposited into my account, it is legally mine and I don't have any obligation to return the money...that said, morally, if someone comes back and it was deposited in error, then it's up to me if I return it or not.
 
London Ontario yesterday. At least, I heard joyous kids voices in the yard next door. Starting to lose the snow now.

With us, it was a pool (not a permanent one, the large movable kind) during the summer. New neighbours have three kids, all preteen or less in age.
