TV is cancelled (the confirmation should be arriving by email today), I have an extra month on my 2 yr contract because they have to redo everything in my account manually, as a loyal customer I'm to get an addition $5/mon credit for the 2 yrs, and I asked her to look into my cell phone account too as I was upgraded to another plan mid-contract without my permission last year (fingers crossed on that one). Now I'm going back to bed as I still feel sick.
 
I'm gong to have to wait for my statement as it looks like the loyalty discount might be $25/mon not $5...if it is $25 that's even sweeter!

She also reminded me to contact Telus before my contract expires next time to make process smoother...told her I DID, on Aug. 12th and they wouldn't do anything so I phoned on Aug 13th to cancel the TV and renew the internet.
 
I phoned the power company back and changed how I pay my bills and that allows me to waive one of the extra fees (fingers crossed)
I am still waiting to hear from the gas company.
 
Is that their way of admitting they screwed up?

Oh and btw I am now LAST
Oh, they did admit that they screwed up before the flowers. They were certainly the LAST thing I was expecting when I got a cryptic phone call earlier in the day to see if I'd be home as they had a special delivery for me from Telus.
