It has been so hot here the past few days I was able to hip dunk in my clothes in the river (which is always substantially colder than the lake) and dry off in around 1 hour in the roasting sun

21 to 23 degrees i think
it helps when it isn't windy -- it can be full.on summer and bam, a fierce wind happens...why so many of us bring appropriate clothing just in case...

"Why are you wearing a parka?"
"Going for a summer lake walk"

16C here. Nice out. I was cleaning the garage and it was cool enough that I could do it without breaking a sweat but warm enough to be in short sleeves and shorts (since spraying the floor with a hose while wearing long pants tends to result in wet pants).

My garage needs cleaned out too (hint, hint ;) )

It's a lovely day here. Hubby has been doing a lot of the prep to move stuff outside. I'll do inside stuff tomorrow. We're having a fire now.

Tuesday is supposed to bring 30C....yikes!

Where did the heat come from? It remains a dark mystery as none wished to see the sun rise again ... spooky how such things go round what was believed to be flat out ...

In Process Engineering they study it as a deficiency in entropy and enthalpy ... a general unknown in the public realms ... including politics! Yet the heat of the nigh transgresses some alien airs and Zions ... as a sighn of what we don't know ... it is vast!

Could be they were just blanketing the report for southern Ontario, meaning the Windsor/ Chatham corridor?
I read it on the weathernetwork.
They actually do their own forecasts so that would explain the difference. I find EC is pretty accurate now, moreso than them.
