And it is SO NUMMY AND SWEET AND EASY TO EAT WITH A SPOON

I love regular Kimchi, but I can't eat it normally. Me who loves spice can only eat a bit. Then have to drink or have something else

Sounds good Of course, my fav Kimchi is made by a very local. Which is to say, Yobo. I can't eat the stuff made by anyone all its own, though. In the same way many people in the West have cereal and toast for breakfast, a common choice here in Korea is kimchi and rice. Ooh... hard pass. I only enjoy kimchi when eaten with meats

There have been rumours to that effect. I am actually handling it well this year. Though I think the Fall switch hits me harder normally.

I was initially upset they moved my blood analysis appointment to this afternoon, because afternoon appointments wipe me out more than morning ones...well, there is no way I could handle a morning appointment today as I'm barely moving Hopefully I find some energy and movement in the next 2 hrs

Off the charts improvement in both live and dry blood samples!

Still some liver stress, and biggest issue is I still have parasites

Gave me a stronger supplement to get rid of them. She said there must be some trace mineral in the Dairyland chocolate milk that isn’t in the others that my body is craving and keep drinking it because whatever it is, it’s making massive improvement in my health.
