Thank you, Waterfall. That's kind of you to ask. It's fairly minor. I came to get a refill of epilepsy meds. Also, my doc checked on my left knee in which I've been feeling pain. She said I have to try to not lean on it or push on it so much. I have a cane I may start using more

There is snow on the ground - too dark to see how much. I'm more concerned as it's to get very cold Wed/Thurs (days I'll be out delivering papers). I have the extension cords out but forgot to get the shovel out yesterday
 
What is LA without St.? Diego less? Sans ... very stirring ... like Sante Ego and dark man on white Horse! El Grandae ... painted horse?

The detailing is significant ... Salvador Dali (save the day)! You may need some after nightfall ... das Eve ... she was complicated and attractive ... teasing or coquet? rest onite ... faste*nins? Then there is that seductive bare back ... clear?

Further to the niece and Yoga story...another reason she picked yoga is because their gym teacher has had them do yoga to videos for gym class (she couldn't describe enough so I could figure out what videos they might be) and they are BORING and NOT FUN at all (according to niece)...she wants to show the class that yoga can be fun because even though she was (her words) sometimes a pain when she was helping me practice for my practicum, my style of yoga is way more fun than anything else she's ever done. And her case in point: today in gym they did yoga to the video and at the end they were to JUST lie there - no special breathing to relax more, no sending gratitude to their body parts, or anything else.

I also found out that it is a group of 4 students (niece + 3 others) that will be teaching this routine so after she runs through the whole first draft we put together, we may have to do a bit of tweaking to make it accessible for the others
