It's so dark out there. Our windows are tinted, but still. It feels like the middle of the night.

Last on a dark morning.

I have mixed feelings. It means no more after work walks since sunset will move from 6:20ish to 5:20ish so dark by the time I'm home and ready. Can still do afternoons when the weather is nice and I am home, though.

I'm more worried about mornings than the evenings

Enjoy. We don't do that here. We enjoy KST year-round
China does that, too. And only has one time zone for the whole country. Instead of changing clocks based on where you are, they adjust work hours, or so I am given to understand.

Depending on where you are in the country it is Bejing time + or - hours, or something like that...I was told it's very easy to figure out but I thought (as it was described to me) that it wasn't much different than a time zone...so if we had it here, I'd be 11:45 AM Ottawa time - 2 hrs

No ice on the sidewalks or streets (expect where there's a puddle of water) so I should be able to drive the truck for at least one LAST paper delivery trip before winter :)
