YJNK, assume you have some pharmaceuticals in place to help with sleeping? THC/CBD edibles can be very helpful for that.

It stayed around 15-16 degrees today. Nice day for longer walk with the hound. Nice enough to hold a planning meeting with my co-conspirator on the church's perennial plant sale on her back deck in comfort. Said perennial sale was cancelled tonight by decision of the Board as being too much effort for something that might very well be illegal on that date.

We were 70F (20C)...I just put the finishing touches on my Ponderings so the paper is done! I'll do a final double-check before I send it in the morning.

slept in this morning so a bit of a scramble to get the paper in before deadline (thankfully it was done but did need a couple of tweaks)

Chive/dandelion blossom quick bread take 2...this time I mixed in the food processor and went back to good ol' Dairyland 2% milk...turned out much better than previous loaves.

Looks like a giant tea biscuit. Which is not a bad thing. In fact, a giant tea biscuit would go down very well right now.

Should you get inspired for a theme, the Peace Labyrinth in Kincardine, ON is divided into seven sections, each planted in the colours of the seven chakras. They use a fair number of daylilies, because they cover the spectrum so nicely; the "green" section has some white flowers in it. Lots of perennials, they fill in colours in some parts of the season with some annuals.
