In a last ditch effort to understand technology bringing on the luddites ... I looked up the term and found the expression related to those fearing technology and not having work.

So much for a generation of leisure excepting when at perfect rest ... nothing is thus a perfect state of inactivity!

I know I was when I did the LAST bike ride of the season...I cannot say for 100% sure I was when I started biking on the weekend.

Acupuncture today - 8 needles in my back...depending on how I feel in 2 weeks, I may be able to start going every 3 weeks!
