IRL. Twas nice to get out of the apartment for a bit tonight

Thank Godde, the dog makes sure I do that. I could, untended, spend too much time inside, although it was gorgeous today and I was glad to take her out. Windy, though.

LAST among people who are used to windier.

You've encouraged me to get a cut, BA. Mine is exhibiting the same as yours was, although more "dread-y" and less obviously uneven, because mine is so super curly. That thin-ness and deadness of the longest parts. Always seems healthier when you spring it up again! Hair gets to an age, and it doesn't get successfully longer, and we all have slightly different maximum lengths, completely genetic. MIne, if wet and curls pulled out, reaches a bit below my waist, but the hair in the bottom 2" is not so healthy and life experience tells me it won't get any longer.
I'm still trying to determine my maximum length :) You will feel better once the deadness is cut off.

Last and way to tired for a Friday night.
Me too...though, I've felt sick and tired all day so it isn't just Friday night. Also had a frustrating conversation with a family member - can't seem to make them understand that regular tap water making me sick = all forms of usage of said water not just drinking it. :(

A tough one for sure BethAnne, with showers, laundry, dishes and more. Not just drinking it is bad news if you are allergic. Are you on a well or municipal water?

municipal...we previously got our water from the Red Deer River but it went into Buffalo Lake and was drawn from there so was more lake water than river water...now we're part of the regional line that take the water from the Red Deer River and is treated in Stettler and then is piped out to us so they changed the processing chemicals and such

A tough one for sure. Easy to get bottled water to drink, but not for everything. No easy solution as even if you moved, the new place could have a similar problem.

I want a dog like that. Maybe I could train it to do that on my behalf when I’m all out of steam and at my wits end, no voice left. I would try to train it with a hand command, but not scare the poor thing with the threat of toenail clipping!
